(I'm copying and pasting this from my Google review of the same service, I find it useful to have…read moregood resources in multiple places) Ross & crew at Mud Masters Concrete Leveling are absolute professionals. My wife and I contracted their services after living with an enormous gap in our driveway into our garage, and a pretty nasty tripping hazard on the walkway to our front door. As a working professional I will include the caveat that all results may vary, I certainly don't want to make any guarantees on Ross' behalf, but he was able to provide an estimate via email based on pictures and measurements, and found a time slot for us within a couple weeks after accepting the bid, which was vastly more competitive than other service providers we contacted. This saved us time and money from having to clip out of work early to meet more contractors who served up ludicrous bids with a straight face. I can't speak to the lasting power of mudjacking services in general, and ours has only been in place for a day so far. But Mud Masters uses a clay+concrete mixture to lift concrete in comparison to other providers who might use a sand slurry or polyurethane foam which in my mind doesn't seem as stable, long term. I know others who've had their concrete leveled with foam injections and they just didn't last. I am cautiously optimistic with Mud Masters' choice of materials. Finally, the service. It's a common thread across all service providers, they don't show up when expected, or the appointment window is so huge and vague that it doesn't really matter. Not so, here. Ross gave me an hour window when he and his crew were coming, and they arrived on-time as expected. They were swift, efficient, and they clearly knew their stuff. In advance of their service, Ross gave me a heads up on a couple things I could do to ensure our property was ready for their work, and they knocked the whole thing out in what I imagine is pretty quick for what they do. As for "what they do," my wife and I are both quite pleased with the results. Have a look at the before and after pics attached to the review here and judge for yourself, but Mud Masters lifted our garage entry slabs a full three inches to meet the garage. No more off-roading to get into the garage. No more "running starts". Not pictured, our front walkway which was lifted a full seven inches to remove the tripping hazard and level out the stairs to our front door. Even our little dog is pleased, she doesn't have to make the spectacular leaps she used to do to get back inside. This is a lot of words to say Mud Masters Concrete Leveling is the real deal. They are a top notch service provider offering a very competitive price for fantastic service. Have you got a dangerous walkway or a messed up driveway? This is the source you need. Call Ross. Fix your concrete.

I called to get a quote last summer, to be able to plan accordingly for our new patio. He was helpful then and his prices were fair. My Husband and I called him early (February) to be able to schedule our patio be installed early in the season. Our family was planning on traveling for business for an extensive amount of time and he promised us it would be finished during the time we would be home. Our plans fell through and we had a little more wiggle room, which was good because with all the rainfall we had this year, he had to put the job off a little bit, to catch up on back logged jobs (that had to be put off due to rain-outs). He was easy to reach and always returned my phone calls. I was a little leery at first, because of a negative review I saw on here. I asked him about it and he told me honestly what had happened. If you look at her review, you can see she does say she was happy with his workmanship. So I trusted, it was a miscommunication, and you just can't please everyone all the time. Let me just say, I am not very easy to please, I have high expectations and I had very high hopes for this project. Nathan and his crew delivered. From the beginning when he met with me to go over color and pattern choices. And he always responded when I bothered him with quick silly questions. His crew was very professional and nice, they cleaned their mess completely and the process went great, even though we had rain during the job (go figure, lol). The finished product is AMAZING!!! I get so many compliments and have even invited neighbors over to try and get them to do it too. :-) We love our new patio and I would highly recommend Stamped Concrete Inc. If you are truly unsure of his work and how he treats his clients, let me assure you, we are not located in an 'expensive' neighborhood and he treated us very well. I also encourage you to ask him about any misgivings you may have. The best way to choose someone to do a big job for you is to be honest. I think he is fair and professional and I am happy I trusted him with our patio job. Thank you Nate for giving us a beautiful patio and expanding our living space!! :-)

The crew also cut our landscaping lighting line which my husband fixed afterwards. We sucked it up and let that go, the driveway and steps seemed ok, although the driveway edging on one side is jagged instead of a smooth edge and when I pointed it out, he blamed that on us saying we said it was okay to follow the landscape rock edge, so now if we ever replaced the landscaping rock wall, we have a jagged edged driveway that looks like crap. I've never seen a driveway look like that and would have never have thought that was a good look or approved that. The stairs, now later have a long wide crack along the entire step. His crew also cut a saw line straight up the center of the two solid steps- never have seen that on anyone's steps. He said it was to prevent cracking and obviously that did not prevent it cracking. The base corner of one step is also disintegrated. The driveway has pitting and the surface is crumbling in areas. I emailed Nate twice to ask about his process to address the issues, he never responded, so I called and he told me I should have told him earlier and that he can't fix everyone's cracks in his jobs and definitely not for free. He argued with me, so I basically said so you're telling me there's nothing you can or will do and I was so angry I hung up, what a waste of a call. It would have been courteous of him to be understanding of our disappointment of such an expense. I told him I would be making sure our neighbors knew I would not recommend his company. It was only after that call ended that he texted and offered to come look at it and IF it was something simple, he would fix it. I sent him the address and haven't heard from him since. His friends in the area were quick to jump to his defense on line and bully me on line for posting my opinion to not recommend his company. Nate is charming to get the job and your check and afterwards is rude, difficult to deal with, unresponsive and always argues that he is right, never apologizes in any way for any problems that you encounter. Find someone else for these expensive projects. I have dealt with many other contractors for our home who care about you after their work which has been quality, is complete and always are happy to check in to ensure you are satisfied down the road. A little humility and genuine care goes a long way, and this is not that guy.

Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. If you need concrete work PLEASE give them a call and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. UPDATED 11/17/2024 two weeks after my initial review. I emailed Juan the owner of 4WAY cement twice now since pouring our driveway on 11/1/2024 regarding the concrete sealer. He said he was going to seal the new driveway on Tuesday 11/5/2024 and both my emails have gone unanswered and the driveway still not sealed as of 11/17/2024. I may be dropping a star or two if our driveway isn't sealed by month's end. Stay tuned!

They completed the project in record time, even fitting me in ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief considering spring rains were on their way. The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut. What really blew me away, was that Cristian went out and repaired the damage and the line works perfectly again; talk about above and beyond! A week later, the drainage system works perfectly, and my yard is shockingly dry considering the recent heavy rain. I highly recommend Hills Excavation for any complicated and muddy yard-related needs--they exceeded my expectations in every way and I'm glad I no longer feel like Shrek telling people to, "get out of my swamp!"
