I presented my problem to Anthony and he gladly accepted the challenge and proceded to overcome Bluetooth obstacles and successfully and completely made the transfer work. Anthony was both highly skilled and relentless in helping me - I could not have done what he did on my own. I realize that this T-Mobile office can be busy at times and one has to wait. It only took an hour as well! The technician who helped me, Colin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, since I booked my appointment online, they were able to take 10 dollars off my purchase. There does appear to be a blueish tint to my phone screen after getting it replaced. They offered 1 year warranties so I check them out. Owner Lauri very nice, knowledgeable. Store maybe a little pricier than a Craigs List deal, but all the computers are totally checked out, serviced, and come with one year warranty. Found nice Retina 13" Macbook Pro, asked owner if I could bring in wrapping paper and wrap in there ( it was for a birthday present) she noticed that I wasn't the best wrapper and wrapped it for me. Very friendly, nice store, some good deals. Macbook was a 2014 model in perfect shape. Will check there first when I need another Mac, upgrade or service.

When I called customer service and spoke with Frank Moses (employee number 3831) he argued with me. He also tried blaming it on me, telling us we must have cancelled the service. I asked him to refer to the notes on account which he seemingly did not as he knew nothing about our information. When asking to speak with his boss, someone else, or the legal department, he refused, telling me we woul have to call back later to speak with anyone (4 pm on a Thursday, by the way), before hanging up on us. We will be considering legal options as they are not abiding by the contract we signed.
