Cell phone glass cracked causing it to malfunction and I needed it to access my tickets for an event that day. To my surprise, they said they had the glass for that phone in stock and could fix it that day for $250. I had just had the screen replaced a couple of weeks earlier for $150, but considering the circumstances, I agreed to pay the additional $100 premium to get it done that day. Dee took my phone apart right in front of me, (I thought that was cool), but as it turned out, the part they had didn't fit my phone. So I wasn't going to get it fixed that day and had to leave it with them. Since I didn't have a number where I could be reached, they took my email address and said they would be in touch that way. That was a Saturday. When I stopped in early the next week, (having received no email), I was informed that they hadn't gotten the parts in, yet. At that point, I reiterated that I had just had the screen replaced for $100 less than they quoted me and only agreed to their inflated price because they said they could fix it the same day. Dee agreed to reduce the price to $200. Called the next day. Still no part. Toward the end of the week, I stopped in again and was informed that they had ordered the wrong part and it wouldn't be ready until the following week, at which time I demanded my phone back. They refused to give it back to me, saying they had too much invested in the phone, at that point, to return my property to me. That schmuck Dee had this stupid grin on his face as he's telling me this bullshit. Needless to say, I was furious. The next time I went in, the following week, having never received any email communication, someone else was there and he finally had it "fixed." He tried to charge me the original $250 quote, (I had already given them a $120 deposit on the work), as if he wasn't aware of the change we had agreed to. Once I informed him of it, he acquiesced, (like I said, I think he was aware of it the entire time). Once I got it back and left, I realized that the ear speaker no longer worked. Not long after that, it would no longer take a charge. The phone is a 2023 model that was bought at Best Buy in Melbourne in 2024, and never activated until 2025. So the battery hardly had any use on it. I took it back to the place that originally fixed the screen, (certainly would not take it back to iFix and Repair, when they likely caused the issues). They said the ear speaker can easily be damaged when taking it apart, if someone doesn't know what they're doing. Still terrible. My friend who is 80 went to get her phone fixed and they totally screwed it up. Then they went in and put a 5 star review on Google through her phone and pretended she wrote it. She lost all her pictures and came over crying! I fixed a lot of it but she was still missing so much. Don't go here!!! read more

Avoid this place! We had an iPad screen replaced at iFixGalaxy a couple of weeks ago. They replaced the screen with a new one. The repair was $280. Days later, cracks started appearing on the screen. When I looked closely, I noticed the glass screen was not flush on all four sides of the iPad. When I touch it, you can see the glass move in the iPad frame. You can imagine how easy it would be for glass to crack if it is uneven and not firmly set. I took it back to them and showed them the issue. They refused to fix it. I gave them another chance to do the right thing and fix their mistake. They refused. $280 down the drain. I want my neighbors to know they should avoid this place. Next time I'd go to Best Buy. At least I know they'd back up their work. read more

Even though they got the part in 24 hours they didn't work on it for another 5 days. Didn't fix our phone. Tried to give us someone else's phone. They have no organization. Once you drop off your phone it get tossed in a drawer and forgotten. They will also not call you when its "done" we had to stop in 5 times over 5 days for our "One day fix". read more

When my iPhone 7 would not change I watched a few videos on youtube for the answer. Dust or lint in the charging port could be the culprit. Try compressed air suggested a few videos. I tried compressed air. I tried a q-tip, an old toothbrush, and a thumbtack (a bad idea) and for a few days saw a little improvement but I had to twist and giggle the connector to make it work. Then the connector got loose. I was sure replacement of the lightning connector was the only option. I was quoted $70.00 by phone to replace to the lightning connector but was assured they would only do so if necessary. I expected they would try dust-off, it would fail and then they would replace the connector. They exceeded my wildest expectations. They did so much more than a superficial attempt to save me the cost of replacing the dock. For more than 10 minutes Rob... (a rock star of phone and tablet technology and repair) used tiny needle nose offset tweezers and several other tools that got out gunk that my many do-it-yourself efforts failed to get out. I think it may change now, why don't you do your grocery run at Publix and we will see if it charges. I went to Publix, and when I came back, my phone had gone from 0% change to 27% charge, the loose giggly port was snug and my previously nearly impossible to charge phone would start charing on every cable insertion. My running out of charge anxiety was over. That was much more than a superficial cleaning. You spent a lot of time on it. How much do I owe you? No charge. I did not have to replace the charging port. Rob you saved my phone, you created value, you worked, I cannot no pay you. No charge really. Ok well I am tipping you, I insist and I am going to share what a great thing you did on Yelp. Ok.. Thank you. iFix and Repair is awesome. If they were just in it for the money, after a few minutes and could have given up and replaced the connector. They could (and probably should) charge when the cleaning is more than superficial and is an extended deep clean. Since the Space Coast has no Apple genius bar, this has to be the best place you can take a malfunctioning iPhone or get a cracked screen fixed. They also repair tablets and can upgrade laptops to replace conventional hard drives with Solid State Drives (SSDs) and clone your data from old, slow platter drive to the 20 times faster digital drive with no moving parts read more

My experience as a whole was horrible. When I originally toke my phone in for repairs it was quickly fixed with some amazing service. But later that night my phone broke again, when I toke it back they promised a temporary phone by the next day. I wasn't mad, these things happened and they promised to get me a phone to use in the meantime. The next 5 days were horrible. The employees were great, but the manager constantly promised to get me a phone every day. I went in or called every day, and every time was promised a temporary phone later that day or the next. But day after day I didn't get one. Finally today they worked a miracle and got my original phone working. This whole experience just ruined my week. I want to stress how despite my awful experience, the two employees I dealt with did everything in there power to help me. This is not how you treat a customer managers. read more
