Went in for a new phone and new phone plan. Store associate Jose Jalapeño was not transparent on pricing, tried to lead me on, did not let me chose my own phone plan. My boyfriend had a good experience with other store associates previously but would not recommend Jose. He made it seem like the Apple Watch was only $128 with my new plan but then when my boyfriend asked for the cost breakdown it said $500 on the paper receipt. He did not let me know of the AAA discount which I found out about when I went to another AT&T location. Very disappointed. read more

The customer service at this store has always been bad, but I have put up with it for years because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of switching 5 lines and a tablet. Well the employee Dwayne today motivated me to make the leap. Spoke to us in a condescending manner like we were idiots when we were asking legitimate questions. Well thank you Dwayne, we went over to Verizon and are saving $100 a month on our bill, are now getting unlimited data and the employees there were happy to answer all our questions without treating us like morons. My advise is that you should find a job in another field because customer service isn't your gig and you just cost the company a $400 a month account. read more

Went to the store to get my wife and I new iPhones and watches, and to buy watches for my kids. Walked around the store for 30 minutes and not one sales person said a word to us. I finally saw a saleswoman free up and asked her if she could help us, and she said to give her a few minutes. We sat on the couch about 15 more minutes and I look to see her helping someone else that just walked in. I'll never buy anything from orange city ATT. They need new management! read more

Been here several times. Well more than a dozen. Great staff and clean. But! There has always been the worst service time to see a rep. Usually 40 minutes or more. Walk in today and it's a 30 minute wait. They just never ever ever seem to have proper staff. You would think that a store that has been open for years now would have access to historical data and metrics and plan to staff it accordingly. read more

Walked in with a phone to upgrade and gave a gentleman named Todd my fathers name he said ok and walked away I followed him and said I did not see you put his name down he said I will get to it a few mins later his name showed up after 2 more people were put on a list there is a reason why I am with T-Mobile my dad is stuck with them. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in with my mom and my two year old, Manuel was our rep. Short, Latin guy. Totally just bullshited my mom everything sounded great til she got the first bill. He lied about numerous things, I understand in a sales department you have to work on a pitch to get people to buy your products but to flat out lie after we asked you questions countless times even the same ones more than once just to come to find out was a lie is upsetting. ATT is a fine company but this Orange City store should start over. My rep was MANUEL and if he worked for me I would fire him for his overall basic rudeness, condescending manner, nastiness and ignorance. I walk in and spend $1,000+ on a new phone and accessories and this putz can't even be polite, not even a thank you for your business. I really did not appreciate that he rolled his eyes when I asked questions. He treated me like I was stupid when I asked questions about transferring data from one phone to the other.
