I am never treated like a valued customer but rather a joke that they gossip about where I can hear them. This is an extremely immature and unprofessional group of young men. I went in to pay back balance due of 122.00 and overpaid at 200. I was told service would be restored by an hour. Two days later and still no service. I went into to get it right and after being dismissed and mocked was told that I had to pay an additional 71.00 to even have repaired though I was not at fault. I have had absolutely no security with Verizon. My phone has been hacked repeatedly since I started with Verizon. They are not helpful, but rather seem to find it amusing. I had the manager look at my phone and turn on prompts that allow nearby devices to share although I had it turned off. This office is crooked, unprofessional, and inept. I have no phone service even though I just paid 200 dollars 2 days ago and they just smiled at me.

He told me that I could transfer my personal account to a business account. My understanding was that the personal account would be closed out and the new account would start. I started getting bills saying I was overdue and past due. I tried calling the store several times throughout the next few months, I went in a few times, was unable to reach the salesman who helped me. I finally was able to talk to him and I told him what was going on and he said he would fix it. I tried calling the main Verizon office. They told me I'd have to talk to the salesman who helped me. Long story short I am now in collections for the other account for almost $2,000.
