This is by far one of the worst Target experiences I've had. The bathrooms are consistently…read morefilthy--today was unacceptable. The family restroom hadn't been serviced since 10 AM on 3/15, and I'm here on 3/16. There were crackers all over the floor, toilet paper everywhere, and the overall condition was just disgusting. On top of that, the store is always understocked, with basic items constantly out. Lines are always long, and there's never enough staff to support the volume. When you do interact with employees, the service is often rude and unhelpful. To make it worse, they don't even allow you to pay in electronics, which just adds more frustration to an already poor experience. This store seriously needs better management, more staffing, and basic standards for cleanliness. Right now, it's unacceptable.

I'm not a Target gal. I go a few times a year when I'm really in need of something. Today was one…read moreof those days. I was already in the shopping center so I took a gander. I wanted some toilet tablets and they had 2 kinds. Scrubbing bubbles tablets for the tank and gel press on ones for the bowl. I got a package of each. We have 4 toilets so we can test to see which one works better. Now the challenge is we need to clean our toilets before we begin using them. I also wanted a bagged salad for lunch. I know we have food at home and I should really eat that up first, but we're out of salad and I was really in the mood for some salad. They had a Southwest salad that sounded good. As I pulled the front one out I saw the one behind it had a sale tag on it so I grabbed that one and saved around $0.50. Not much, but it was something. It was probably an old bag that needed to be used by today. That was fine as I broke it open soon as I got home. It was really tasty. It was one of those cabbage mixes. It had freeze dried corn and crunches in a packet. Along with a pack of Parmesan cheese. It was a solid salad and I ate the entire bag. I really liked the Southwest salad dressing it came with. Parking is easy if you don't mind walking a little. Soon as you pull in grab a spot so you aren't spending your time hunting around. I got lucky today and got one of the 3 spots up front. And it was just my luck that traffic was light and I didn't have any issues pulling out of the spot to leave. Target is a pretty pleasant place to shop. It's always bustling with people. I know that there a lot of good deals to be had lurking around the store. I used to shop there all the time and find those clearance end caps and get things for a steal. Then over time I realized that those things were a good deal, but I really didn't need them so I was spending money that I didn't need to. After that realization I steer clear of Target. I've saved so much money not shopping there.

There was only 1 check out line open but the associate was moving things right along. Here is a summary of why: 1. So much is locked up behind glass cabinets 2. Employees rarely ever come to unlock something when you ask for assistance 3. When I ask for help they make sure to show how much of an inconvenience I am 4. As I was checking out once another employee came up to the cashier and said "make sure to look at that bottom mirror to make sure people aren't STEALING." She was implying I was stealing....? And I clearly wasn't. I was kind of shocked and just said "wow. How convenient and cleaver!" 5. There are many times that items are not stocked, and boxed products are constantly in the middle of the floor, making it harder to get around 6. Once I moved something out of the way to get to the shelf behind it, and an employee showed so much irritation at me and moved it back, indicating I was the problem. 7. Once I asked where something was to an employee, and the woman, without saying a word, flat out gave me the most hateful glare. If looks could kill, man. Trying to intimidate me or something? At Target? Over what?? I felt the need to back up slowly and apologize for bothering her because she seemed very unstable. Who on earth is in charge of these people working here? What are the requirements to be hired? Who is overseeing them and communicating standards? What are the consequences?

I came in because I was visiting and my MacBook kept shutting down after I started it up. I went to the store. Other people came in and stood in line. I told him the problem and he did diagnostics on the spot. And he told me what I needed to do. He refused payment. I told him I would write him a review. Some people really know what customer service means. This company knows it. He took the time with me, knowing he wasn't going to charge me, while other customers were in line. Time wasn't money to him. Honesty is money to him. What a great guy!

The moment I got my phone back, Face ID was completely broken and stopped working. To make things worse, I had to travel out of town for two months right after. Because this travel period happens to exceed their warranty window, they are now refusing to fix it! The issue happened immediately after their repair, so it is 100% their fault. They broke my phone, took my money, and are now dodging responsibility using a technicality. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Save your money and your phone--stay far

Shes always seen around the self checkouts and the customer service desk. I went to self checkout, scanned a $10 Tshirt and asked if she could please remove the sensor. She looked at me with hella attitude and said "you gotta pay for it first". Uhm yeah you B, I scanned it!! My Oder was $100, I'm not going to steal a $10 shirt. Jeezus. She straight up insinuated I was going to steal it. I was simply just asking because I've never purchased clothes at a self checkout and I wasn't sure how I was supposed to get the sensor off since the worker always does this at the regular check stands. Anyway, I was like "okay, I scanned it" and she goes "security is RIGHT there if you want me to have him come over and explain the policy to you" really, did I ask you for that? This is how you explain things to your guests? She was out of line!!, and then still walked away after she saw that I swiped my damn card and still DID NOT remove the sensor!!!
