Even lied about the color told me that they were black, but they were actually blue and I didn't even get to see the phone until after I bought it. Then, when I asked him the total (of the phones) he gave me the total of everything he added to my bill not the cell phones cost and confused me making me think that that's the price of two cell phones. Then he decided to hide the receipt in the bag. Then he tried to say that he was giving me charging blocks for buying the cell phones, but he did not give me anything. He charged me for them. Something was off off and by the time that I had realized he had scammed me it was too late. He had processed my loan without even telling me the total or that he had added accessories I did not ask for. I come back to return the overpriced (charging blocks at $60 each He gave me a bogus story that he can't return it because there's no money in the register, and to come back when the manager is working on Tuesday, but when I came back when the manager was working, she told me that there's nothing she could do about because it's too late to return it. This location is a scam. Do not go here for cell phones. Don't apply for the loan cause they will add as many accessories as possible, and lied to you about the total. I call them, they ask me for an order # and tracking # that I also never received, and after some time they tell me my iPhone was delivered to a city TWO HOURS AWAY FROM SACRAMENTO!!! Are you kidding!! I had to travel two hours away to pick up the iPhone because they sent it to the wrong address, and cricket couldn't help at all there so I had to take matters into my own hands. I go pick up my package, which was delivered to a cricket store in a different city, and guess what guys? ITS THE WRONG IPHONE AND THE WRONG COLOR!! How can you fuck up so much on a customers order? To top it off, I go back to this store where i originally bought the phone and they tell me to pretty much call customer service support and figure it out myself. I guess they can't begin a return order themselves, the employee can't call customer support and assist me with the return, anything really is too much to ask for these shitty employees. The Technician Marko was very informative on what new things we will need that are different from our old IPHONE Pro Max 14 the trading in and the discounts. We also worked with Technician Tony.
