    if i could give 6 stars i could. i recently bought a laptop here and learned after i had brought it…read morehome it wasn't what i needed. So i go back (with no receipt) and go to the help desk, looking to exchange mine for one with more GB. There was an extremely helpful tall man who worked in the laptop area (that had actually sold me the first one) and he was like so chill and helped me pick out one that was more suited to what i wanted, now knowing more about what i wanted. He showed me plenty of options given my price range, starting with the ones on clearance (which i loved) and i found one. Then all hell breaks loose because i realize i dont have my receipt nor an email receipt. there was another lovely bleach blonde guy working in customer service that was dead set on finding my reciept in the system, along w the guy who was selling me the laptop. I felt like an idiot and they were so reassuring and kind and worked so hard to figure out which receipt was mine in their system, allowing me ti exchange the laptop for the one i wanted!! Again, i cant express how helpful and nice these guys were and considering i had no idea what i was doing, it really made the experience even more relaxing. Thank u so much nice best buy men i wish i had ur names so i could shout u out! 10/10 service in every sense

    I stop by the Best Buy in Citrus Heights occasionally to check Pokémon card availability,…read moreconsidering there tends to be a tent city outside of the store, and my experience has been pretty mixed. LOL! Sometimes they have a decent selection of Pokémon products, such as tins, ETBs, or booster packs, but other times the shelves are completely wiped out or have only a few items left. Restocks don't seem very consistent, so it can feel like a gamble depending on when you show up. There also don't appear to be clear purchase limits at times, which makes it easier for resellers to clean out stock before regular collectors get a chance. The store itself is clean and organized, and the staff are generally polite when asked for help. That said, I'm often pitched the Best Buy credit card and membership even after I've said I'm not interested, which can be a bit uncomfortable and takes away from the shopping experience. Overall, not a terrible store, just not very reliable for Pokémon cards. If you're a casual collector, it's worth checking while you're already there, but I wouldn't rely on this location for consistent availability unless restocking and limits improve. CONS: STOP pitching me with if I need a warranty, membership, credit card. Posted signs will do! Saying "Are you sure 2x, 3x is annoying as fk." And I am sure, I don't want any. LOL! Technology now is going to be worthless 2-4years later. I'll buy a new one, if not 6 years later for even something better! Enough said.

I didn't purchase or return anything. In fact, I haven't returned anything, since June, "2025." So tell me why I went to the CitrusTarget where a Jansport backpack was bought for me for my birthday late April, because it failed and ripped at the seams, to ask if I can exchange for another, or if I should contact Jansport because they warranty their products pretty extensively. I hadn't planned on returning my backpack so I threw away the tags and gift receipt, weeks ago. When I went into the Target, I went and picked up the identical brand new backpack, with tags so that they would have something to scan, if they had decided to do their jobs and not loss preventions job, very badly. The customer service agent, was an older, senior platinum blonde and clownish bright pink lipstick, drawn way too thick and seriously, it looked almost scribbled on her scowling, wrinkled, sour face. Immediately, she said, " I remember you, you were in here last week, theyre always watching, you know" Except, I didn't go to this customer service desk for any reason last week, and not for months and months, at this or any Target. She started snarling and projecting her bullshit accusations at me in a shril and nasty tone, and not listening to what I had to say immediately...She talked over me, and said I was in there the very last week with the same story, and I was always grabbing things off the shelf and returning them without a receipt. I told her I hadnt been in there or in any Target for like six months, and it wasn't me last week.. this is the first time I've ripped a brand new backpack, and the first place and time I've taken it anywhere to ask about it..She told me I was a liar essentially, "we can check the tapes. And see it was you" "No, it wasnt me." She started going on about how I need a receipt or the card I paid with. "It was a present" She said , "no it wasn't" and said security told her to deny my return anyway. Yeah, I bet they did after she had all that bulls$#it to say. I was embarrassed and offended, but I left. Outside I thought better of it , and I wanted to prove my point..Its a policy at Target that you have to have your receipt or the card that you paid with or you have to show your ID. You can only return up to $100 worth of merchandise on your ID within a given period of time , like a year or more. I've returned $0 worth of merchandise under my ID in a period of multiple years...there's no way around not showing your ID with this policy. I went back in and asked for a manager. The bitchy clerk came out huffing and puffing and when the manager came she took him aside and starting spouting her misinformation about someone else , but aiming it at me..I could hear her talking shit. So instead of a manager they sent security. Two solvenly looking dudes dressed in street clothes that I assume, are loss prevention. The younger one, a Hispanic kid with scruffy hair and sagging jeans came up with clear attitude and prejudice, arguing with me about my complaint of her customer service. "We aren't doing the return " "dude , no one's pushing for the return, I'll take it up with Jansport and their warranty department ..." He interrupted me. "There's no warranty on that backpack." "Yes their is, and it's got nothing to do with Target, no ones asking you to do anything about the warranty" He kept his sunglasses on and didn't listen to anything I had to say. My beef isn't that y'all said no, I get it..I don't have a receipt. But the wild accusations that I was here last week or that I do this all the time is unprofessional and untrue. It's just not how you talk to people" I said, isn't it true that you have to show your ID when you don't have a receipt? Or the card you paid with? He argued , "no it's not like that, theres a limit on how much you can return, only $100".. Right, but you have to show your ID to get the store credit, right? "Yes" Well, I've used my ID, zero times at this or any store in the last two -three years. And I couldn't have done it last week, as I wasn't here with my backpack and I didn't have any ID if I did try, my ID was just reissued and received in the mail 3 days ago... " Well, we aren't doing any return today." "No one's asking you to" I'm not trippin on that, I'm trippin that you guys have me twisted up with someone else and being very rude about it...and it's rude and unprofessional" that's all I'm saying.. The Loss Prevention dudes, lied and said they were managers and they werent..so my complaint and poor treatment were contained to the over-eager idiots, and the burnt out geriatric-customer service clerk, with the personal recollection of a dementia patient . .

We help our customers purchasing items first." They are a priority ?!!! I was dumbfounded! With that response Literally standing here, you have five people waiting in line to make a return. I've seen three employees walked to the back. I see three employees standing not doing anything and every single person that comes to the checkout line is priority over potential customers making a return? How do you know I'm not there to purchase something either? How do you know the people in your Amazon return line are Staples customers they just wanna make the return first and then go shopping around the store? I was just literally dumbfounded .
