After 3 weeks the tech (owner ) is out of the country and would not be back until the 1st of February and I wanted to get a refund and the woman who was in charge told me she could not do anything. I have been in contact every week and the tech (the owner is still not in). I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. I have been waiting since January 23rd and he still is not in. SO FRUSTRATED. They did refund me my money. Still no tech as of 2/8/26. WOW. if I could give them a minus star I would. The woman in charge didn't have a clue what was going on. Go somewhere else, they won't help you. The owner now posts a reply to my review with more excuses as why his service is very poor. He can blow smoke as much as he wants but the fact still remains, his customer service is negative one star. I don't know why he has been in business to this day.

I walked in, specced the system, and bought it. The gentleman that was helping me was thrown off, and not the best example of my experience with this by-appointment preferred store. But then, I was a walk-in, and don't really talk to people. He helped, I left with my computer. A few days later, I bought through Apple Store, set an appointment, and bought my Apple Watch 8. I still use it, I'm still happy with it. I'm also still happy with the physical Apple Store. They helped me with the watch, new bands, and integrating all of my devices. When it came down the pipe that Apple would be blocking access to blood oxygen on new devices, I got ash ultra . Again, I love the product. I got it at Best Buy, though. Because they were the only guaranteed O2 functioning watch carrying retailer. 2 years later, the watch called 911 when I was in a serious motorcycle accident. The watch died. The face and crystal shattered. I landed kinda on my watch, kinda on my helmet, mostly on the armor... The O2 ban was in strong effect, which could have been the end for me. With a terminal lung disease, that watch is my "should I put my oxygen on " lifeline. I explained my situation to the person who helped me. They empathized (without apologizing... seriously, if you know someone that's dying, don't apologize unless you are the reason!) She explained the situation to me, I understood: probably no functioning O2, for the foreseeable future. Watch got back early. Their no fix policy on broken watch faces had me a little sad. I charged it on the ride home, put it on, and absently checked my O2. This store, and Apple, went the extra mile to find a visible replacement, a pre ban manufactured ultra 2. My oxygen was at 94. THAT. The extra for a customer whose life would have been severely affected, and whose lifetime income generation CANNOT exceed 9,000, because of simple known life expectancy. That is the above and beyond that landed 5 solid stars, a lifetime brand loyal customer, and a recommendation from a person who spent 25 years in the infotech, infosec, and cybersecurity sectors.

Have all Apple products all kinds of cord and cubes. Two hours later it is still loosing its charge very quickly. Would it have killed them to change out the battery or give me a new phone. Oh, the Verizon store told me I owe over500.00 for this phone. When I went in, they told me I would be getting a new phone because of a promotion. What a lousy company!!!! Lie, lie, lie. The Fix slapped on a $26.96 CHEAP THICK plastic cover that was ridiculous to try and use so it cracked in a week due to how hard I was pushing to use my phone! DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE, see the guys at Cottonwood Mall - $8 and it's a nice thin protective film that allows me to actually use my phone! My last one from them lasted 2 years so I'm set for awhile. Some never called back and others were closed. An appointment at the Apple store was over a week away. When I called the Fix they were able to accommodate me the same day and gave me a competitive quote over the phone. When I arrived, service was friendly and quick. They had my phone fixed in under 30 minutes. I also purchased a case and screen protection. A few days later my screen stopped responding. I went back and was immediately offered a replacement. Again, it took less than 30 minutes and they were able to fix it quickly and of course at no charge. Please take a moment to check out this locally owned business for your needs! They have every phone accessory you could ask from and those fidget spinners and cubes.

I would give it no stars if I could. Let me provide you with some details, so you know my review is actually accurate, unlike these reviews posted here, which I wouldn't trust. I dropped my son's phone off on 12/13/2018 and got it back FINALLY on 1/3/2019, nearly a month later. I made NINE trips to the store and countless phone calls. I have a picture of the receipt for proof because I put down a deposit when I dropped it off. After I didn't hear anything for four or five days after dropping off my son's phone, and he was getting restless for his phone, I made a phone call to them, I was told that the screen they repaired was damaged and they "were about to call me" and they had to return the screen to the original manufacturer and had to reorder the part, so they would let me know when it would be back in. I was told it would be early the following week, which was getting close to Christmas. On the following week, when I didn't hear anything from the store, I tried calling multiple times, the phone would just ring and ring, even though Google said they were open and so did Yelp. I went by the store to find a "CLOSED" randomly up even though it was operational hours. I tried calling the following day, again, no answer, the voicemail was the standard voicemail, stating their regular operational hours, so they should have been open, but this time, I came by to see that they had their "OPEN" sign up but their doors were locked and they had a sign that said, "Happy Holidays" and said they were closed until 12/27. WOW! Thanks for telling me!!!! I then, made another trip on 12/28/2018 - also closed. They also didn't repair my son's phone at all - they weren't able to repair it but gave me half of my deposit back, which again, not pleased. So, I lost three weeks, countless trips to see them, suffered a lot of stress and lost $70 plus all the gas of getting there and back. I will NEVER go there again. I hope they close their doors forever and I wouldn't trust any reviews on here that are generic, that don't list specifics. BE CAREFUL.

My screen now looks and feels like it did when I first bought it. This store also has a nice selection of phone cases for a variety of phone types. I got a nice discount for buying the case in store along with the repair. There are nice comfy chairs you can sit in while you wait for your repair, and good AC too!
