It's one of those places where they aren't trying to rip you off every second of the day and that's probably why people keep coming back. Much cheaper than the dealers and significantly more helpful than any of the official stores. Coming here is the equivalent of finding a guy who lives next door and can fix your device for peanuts. It's not peanuts but compared to how much the retail stores are charging it may as well be free. I recommend this place to anyone who's having trouble with their devices. I called everyday to check on it the week they had my pc because i also do work from my pc, get this he had been out sick for multiple days and James his coworker confirmed so and also started that no work was done . He then offered to have me bring it back in after I spent my time and money self diagnosing it to be a hardware issue which your store claimed was not the issue and wanted to do a fresh install of my OS and pay more money which I know how to do and did myself And would not bring it back in to waste more time and money at such a rude disrespectful and dishonest establishment. miraculously the day he gets back in after calling off all week my pc is done and had all this "work" done to it. I picked it up with nothing diagnosed and specific request I made and said I'd pay for not done or addressed .
