Typically it takes 24-48 hours for your item(s) to be assembled. I explained that I am a student and that assembling it would save me time, however I was anxious to get it. I was able to come back within 2 hours of my purchase (completely unexpected). Nancy, who I'm assuming is the store manager, was nothing short of amazing. Her and the rest of the crew are really going the extra mile with their customer service. Seems simple, but as I was waiting in line, back to back customers had complaints about items, not wanting to listen to the warranty pitch (which trust me, no one ever wants to, but it's mandatory for them) overall putting the employees in a difficult situation. Yes I get it people, they get paid to do so. But if you ask me or anyone else who's worked in customer service, no one get paid enough to have their days ruined over minuscule things and adults who want to act like children.
