And then face recognition would not work. He couldn't fix it and said it was already broken when I brought it in. But it was working fine before I allowed him to handle my phone. I was concerned about whether I could remain at the same rate/month when seeking an upgrade to iPhone6 by trading in my5! In doing so, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was an easy process and worked out fairly well. I told him that it would be appropriate to at least acknowledge a customer when they come in. He got REALLY nasty and said he was too busy and I should find another store. I said I would but I'd also write a review about my experience. As we left the store this creep was shouting expletives at me. Honestly it wasn't a bad experience. It was a disgusting experience. The owner quoted a reasonable amount to replace the screen, but a few minutes after he began the repair, he informed me that it was actually just my screen protector and my screen was fine. I had replaced the screen protector, so somehow way back when I must have put TWO screen protectors on my phone unintentionally. Had he just kept the phone for 30 minutes and returned it saying "all fixed! You have a new screen!!" I wouldn't have known. I so appreciated his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of a phone repair.
