The…read moreinformation I received over the phone from one staff member was completely different from what I was told in-store. At the store, I was given strange and unchecked information -- for example, I was told to wait three weeks for MAYBE a lower price. Even worse, the items that were said to be available over the phone were actually taken to an "event" and were not in stock. This is unacceptable, especially from such a large store. The core problem is that the information given over the phone does not match the reality in-store. Customer service is unreliable, inconsistent, and in my experience, a complete zero. Instead of this store, please go to AT&T at Chastain. The customer service there is like night and day compared to Carterville. At the Carterville AT&T, they can't do basic things -- for example: Transfer data from an old phone to a new one ("Oh no, we can't," a young lady told me). I honestly wondered why the store is even open if they can't help customers. But at AT&T in Chastain store? Completely a different story. They handled everything we needed. We left with three new phones, and our business was taken care of in a professional manner. Kudos to Andrew, the manager at AT&T Chastain. If you need AT&T service, go to this location!

You can see streaked manufacturing lines in the glass when it's not on and it's not a true black either. It makes the phone look kind of cheap.
