I really appreciate her for that. Thankfully they did have a kit that met the needs of my phone available. I asked her what the price was going to be, thinking that it would be upwards of $100. To my surprise, it was $50! I asked her what the availability to have the screen fixed was and she told me she could do it now because it would take her at most 45 minutes. I was really shocked! I have had my screen fixed before and it took 24 hours! To further my surprise it actually only ended up taking her about 30 minutes. I do not know what she did or how she did it, but the screen fixe has made my calls clearer and seems to have also made the phone function better. She was even able to tell me after she fixed it whether or not there was any water damage. Color me impressed, but you do not get great customer service like this today. In Silicon Valley, you can't throw a rock without hitting some form of consumer electronics store and we have a plethora of sources for computer parts. Ended up needing some unanticipated cables and miscellaneous parts in a pinch, called them and even though it was after closing time, they were still there, agreed to wait ~20 minutes for our arrival (nearly an hour after their closing time) and took great care of us. Saved a ~1.5 hour round trip to the nearest big box CE store and prices were significantly lower (one of the cables we needed was 1/2 the price). Seems to be a mom and pop, the woman on the phone struggled a bit with English, which wasn't confidence inspiring before we got there, but everything worked out great, so just be patient with her on the phone if needed.

I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! I received a lot more than a price match to fix a cracked screen (IN UNDER AN HOUR!) for an iPhone 6s. Yes, A PRICE MATCH! Sorry for the shouting, a price match, people! So, we came in for a cracked screen for my daughter's phone and while we chatted, Christine cleaned my phone because I dropped it in some cake batter and it wasn't working so well. She didn't charge me for the roto-rooter. She advised us as the best products to clean your phone with and showed me how. (Pressurized air can from Office Depot) Christine also gave some great advice for money-saving options for using our phones on an international trip. The icing on the cake was that some of the accessories were half off and I got an awesome neon car charger.
