The service was also really good from the cashier. Every associate was smiling and the one that helped me, was really upbeat. It was my lucky day because the chargers were on sale. I ended up purchasing two because they were half off. They had four colors: blue, black, red, and purple, so I decided on a blue wall charger and a purple car charger. The quality was good as well and not the type that you will find with a wire shortage after two weeks. I also found out that because this is a corporate location, the chargers will include a one year warranty, should they stop working. Overall, I would definitely return if I need another accessory, and I may return soon to upgrade my phone.

BUYER BEWARE The…read moreAT&T store in Roswell on Woodstock Rd routinely engages in fraudulent practices. When my wife bought an iPhone there, the Sales Associate signed her up for Roadside Assistance and GPS without our permission. When we finally discovered the charges on our bill, nobody in the store would help us. We had to escalate the matter to the Office of the President in order to receive a partial refund. Two weeks ago I bought an iPhone for my daughter at this store. First, we were never given a receipt. We were told that the printer was not working. When I went back into the store, the Sales Associate said that he thought that he had emailed the receipt to me. I asked to have one printed out. When I reviewed the receipt, I found out that we had been charged for 4 items that we never received (around $75). Later when I reviewed the actual bill, we had once again been signed up for services without our permission. We had been signed up for Mobile Insurance Premium and Mobile Protection Pack (around $12 per month). The Sales Associates at this store have done this to us multiple times. It's time for us to cancel our service with AT&T, because their people cannot be trusted.

As part of that job, their technician needed to work from my roof in order to cut through my neighbor's exterior wall and install the clothes dryer vent cap. While the work was being done, a tool slid down the roof and struck the hood of my 2020 GMC Yukon. Obviously, that was not something I expected to happen, and I was concerned about how the company would handle it since I was not the customer who had hired them and had no contract with them. I contacted Dryer Vent of Atlanta, and Ben, the owner's son, took responsibility for the situation personally. From the beginning, there was no argument over what happened and no attempt to avoid the issue. He simply focused on getting the damage repaired properly. Ben told me to choose any repair shop I wanted. There was no pressure to use a shop selected by the company or to accept the cheapest option. I chose a GMC dealership near my home because that was where I felt comfortable having the repair done. When the dealership set the appointment, Ben met me there and sat in on the meeting with the body shop representative. He was there while the repair was discussed and made sure everything was understood. After that, he personally took me to the rental car agency and arranged for a rental vehicle while my Yukon was in the shop. About a week later, the repair was completed. I returned the rental car and picked up my Yukon from the dealership. The entire process was handled without any unnecessary complications. There was no runaround, no arguing over the repair, no pressure to go somewhere else, and no effort to minimize what had happened. I cannot speak to the quality of Dryer Vent of Atlanta's installation or dryer vent work because I was never their customer. What I can speak to is the way the company treated me when something went wrong during a job they were doing for someone else. To me, that says a lot about the people who own and operate the company. It is easy for a business to be pleasant when everything goes as planned. The real test is what happens when there is an accident, especially when the person affected is not the one paying the bill. In my experience, Dryer Vent of Atlanta handled that situation with accountability, integrity, and respect from start to finish.

Certified is suppose to mean that phone is completely inspected and free of flaws. Apple informs me the phone battery is degraded.
