While we were there, we observed both representatives fielding multiple walk-ins , handling everyone politely and efficiently while also wiping down surfaces between customers for COVID mitigation. P.S. Don't bother paying for the insurance protection through Asurion. It's bogus to try to file a claim and the deductible was outrageous also.

When we took it to the store within hours of receipt, the employee who sold us the phone and the store manager refused to honor the two-week warranty on the sale. They told us to take the defective phone to Apple for a new phone. Apple told us that the phone should be replaced by AT&T and that they saw this tactic all of the time because "AT&T only cares about sales." I am researching legal action under the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act.

There have been a few hiccups over the years, but it's been minimal. This is probably my favorite Verizon store that I have been to. It's very nice and modern-looking, and the employees here are always super friendly. I recently came here to upgrade to the iPhone X and it was a very easy process. We were also able to get a bundle deal where I received a screen protector, case and portable charger all for $80. They can be a bit pushy with some of their promotions, and a couple of them offered the same promotion for two different prices, but it's whatever. Business is business. Great store with knowledgeable staff!
