I find there is less inventory on display and definitely less accessories available. I think the main purpose of this store is strictly limited to selling new phones or upgrading to new phones. I came in today for account help and of course they said, "We don't do that here, you have to call someone." That has happened several times before so I was sort of expecting it. There is hardly any customers now since the store's function has been curtailed. At least you get to talk to an employee right away because there is no waiting list like at that other cell phone company. You know who I'm talking about.

I've been going to Ryan for 5 year for my cell phones. He has provided service for five cell…read morephones for my wife and me -- it will be six when my wife's "new" refurbished iPhone arrives in the mail this week. We have never had an issue that Ryan didn't solve immediately. I started using prepaid service when I realized how much cheaper it is to buy a refurbished phone and then pay month to month for service. The downside is that my wife and I are always a generation behind on our phones, but we have literally saved thousands of dollars by going with refurbished + prepaid service. And it has never been an issue to increase our data plans for a month when we go on vacation. My wife has previously been on AT&T's prepaid network, but now both of us use Verizon's prepaid network. We have seen no difference between buying minutes/data directly from the carrier and buying prepaid from a 3rd party distributer like EagleCellular. Actually, I take that last statement back...there is a difference between buying my phone/minutes/data directly from the carrier and buying from EagleCellular: Ryan at EagleCellular is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about repeat service (he has to...because I can go to someone else next month). The sales reps at the Verizon/AT&T stores have come off as slick and sleazy -- I suspect that's because they never expected to see me again once they had my money and my signature on a two-year contract.

My mother went to…read more8067 Madison Ave Indianapolis, IN 46227 United States to get her new phone set up, there was something wrong with it and no one could really figure out what to do other than go back to the store and get it done, customer service told her she could get it done for free and so she went in and got it done, well after getting it done the lady in there told her it would be $25, my mom had explained to the lady working what customer service had said and this lady started cussing out my mother. When the other lady working asked what they we're going to do about the phone (that my mother bought at a different store, not at this store) she said they were going to keep it, my mom grabbed her phone and the lady proceeded to tell my mom that she couldn't do sh*t because they had her SIM card and she started waving it around in my mothers face and so my mom grabbed it. After my mother grabbed her SIM card the lady started calling someone and screaming about how my mom "hit her" and that they needed to "pull up" now. My mom is a 5'4 ft, 115 LBS, vegan, spiritual woman, she does not have a violent bone in her body. This lady then proceeded to tell my mom that they had all of her information and then listed that she had our home address, our phone number, and HER CHILDREN'S INFORMATION, and then told her she "had people". My mother began to exit the store and they began throwing things at her like pencils and really just everything they could get their hands on. As soon as my mom got into the car and dialed 911 they started getting out of the store and locked it up, so my mom drove away and they started following her. The police said there is nothing they can do because they didn't put their hands on my mother, but I truly think these women need to AT LEAST lose their jobs. Do not go to this location.
