So, I stared thinking about it and asked a few questions and he scanned it and said this will be $17 a month. So, got kind confused and left. The next day, a woman waited on me who I felt a little more trust worthy. She tried talking me into an IPhone 8. But, I didn't want to pay the extra $150 more than it would cost for an IPhone 7. So, I told her that and she said she didn't have one in stock but could get one the next day for me. So, the next day I called them on the phone and they said they did get an IPhone 7 from another store and it was specifically held for me like they said they would do. Anyway, they to my trade in which was an IPhone 5 which was in bad shape. Anyway, I have waited awhile to make that I am happy with the IPhone 7. I am fairly confident that I am not going to have any problems with my phone. Apparently, it comes with a warranty I realized. In summary, I wished I had paid the extra $150 for an IPhone 8 but it is too late now. However, I'm happy with my IPhone 7. This Verizon store is a lot better than the one in Southaven, MS which is only about 8 or 9 miles down the road. The customer service is better here.

Jameel (unsure on the spelling, sorry!) greeted me instantly upon entry and made me feel welcome , all while helping a customer already. I paid $80 for an aftermarket screen replacement and I've had no problems at all. My phone works just the same as it did, if not better before replacing the prior screen. He was also very knowledgeable about my iphone, he literally replaced my screen in under 10minutes, again, all while engaging and helping other customers as they came in as well! He accepts Apple Pay and will fix your damaged phone screen and let you pay after repair if needed, as this was my experience. I had a really great customer experience with Jameel and I most definitely will recommend and be using his services in the future!

I was initially told that I should receive a $515 refund. However, when I called on October 15, I was informed that I would only receive a $215 refund. The reason given was that, in order to qualify for new phone promotions, customers cannot change phones or plans before 30 days have passed. This was never communicated in previous conversations, all of which indicated that I would be receiving the full refund. As a long-time customer of 25 years, I'm very disappointed by this situation. It feels unfair that I'm being penalized either due to a change in policy or mistakes made by AT&T employees. These errors have cost me $300, and I believe I should be compensated accordingly.

So the explanation we were given by this shop was simply not accurate. The original repair should have been done correctly the first time, and I'm disappointed that instead of taking responsibility, we were given an explanation that was not supported by the actual condition of the repair. We came in knowing exactly what phone we wanted and were ready to make the purchase. Instead of focusing on that, the salesperson spent several minutes asking about our internet service. We explained three separate times that we were happy with our current internet provider and were not interested in changing. I'll acknowledge that I became short and did cut him off, but only after repeatedly trying to redirect the conversation back to the reason we were there. When I asked that we please focus on the phone we came in to purchase, I was told I was being rude and that he "needed to educate me." At that point, we left. We drove to the Southaven Verizon store, received great customer service, purchased exactly what we came for, and were finished in about 20 minutes -- no unnecessary sales pitch and no need to be "educated." I understand that employees are expected to discuss other Verizon services, but once a customer has clearly said they aren't interested, that should be respected. There's a big difference between informing a customer about options and continuing to push after they've declined. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to make us take our business elsewhere.
