I finally went up to one of them, name tag said "Zoey", and asked where the item was I was looking for was located. Zoey could not have looked more annoyed that I dare interrupt her day! She pulled off her her phone, looked for a half second, then pointed and says, if we have it would be over there somewhere. In the entire 2 minute interaction, not a have a good day, thank you, hello?!? I walked over to "somewhere over there" and of course they didn't carry the item. Why even send me "somewhere over there" in the first place?! One associate was "somewhere over there" and I guess I distracted him from his cell phone he was on and he also simply pointed. I found two other items on the way out I would have purchased had the service not been so painfully awful, instead, I'm at Walmart! Do better, train your staff on basic customer service please. I ordered a TV and they didn't offer a cart, they just pointed out where they were kept and wouldn't bring it out to my car which was parked right in front for pick up orders. I'm petite with disabilities and couldn't believe that they wouldn't help me to my car. I had to get my own cart, load it and bring it out to my car. I managed but I've never not received help for bringing things out like that to my car. Unbelievable! I wont ever shop here again. I would give NO STARS if I could. Would rather order from Amazon where they deliver and will bring it inside if asked or Walmart (which will help me outside if needed)

They posted new sales every day before Christmas. I saved a fortune on toys, food, and clothing. If I didn't need it right away, some things I got to stock up on as we were saving up to 75% off. It is totally worth allowing app notifications. The store is always clean. During this time of year I love being able to shop online and avoid germs. It also is convenient when we are sick so we don't spread our germs to others.

They were missing our refrigerator and oven. Refrigerator came a couple of weeks later. Now it is March 31, 2026 and still waiting for our double oven. After calling and talking to people we found out that they didn't order our appliances till Feb. Our salesman dropped the ball. When we ordered them (Bosch) they were suppose to take 50% down. We were willing to pay for all of them at that time. We called Best Buy last month and they had the same exact double oven. We were thinking about getting it but then our salesman called and said our oven would be here end of March. Just called it isn't coming now till end of April. Salesman doesn't answer my calls anymore and he seems to be not telling us the true answers. I won't be ordering any appliances from them ever again. Plus the employees that hooked up our appliances that did arrive messed up. They turned our garbage disposal half way around to hook-up the dishwasher. The…read moremanager from the 43rd Avenue and Peoria Avenue store came to my home on Friday, July 17, inspected the dishwasher, and the next day, July 18, a new KitchenAid dishwasher was installed. This has restored a great deal of faith and respect for the company, but I still have bittersweet feelings because it took more than 3-1/2 months for Spencer's to take accountability and do the right thing. After being a loyal customer for almost 35 years, I will shop at their store again, but with caution. My hope is Spencer's continues steping up and treats their loyal customers with the same loyalty and respect that is given to them.
