That night my husband looked at our account and our monthly bill went up by $160.00. I got the runaround for three hours being told it couldn't possibly be reversed. Know your rights!! Any contract can be nullified within three days. Don't bother with customer service, ask to be put through to retention. They don't want to lose your business. I got it reversed but I'm still angry that my daughter was taken advantage of.

Both employees were snotty when I called and could not answer my basic questions. one sent me to the general number for A T& T, so I had to fend for myself with tech support. I went in person to get this done, and 3 hours later it was not finished! When I called to speak with the manager he was just as juvenile as the employee. I know I sound like an old fart, but this new generation is useless! He said it was not their responsibility. I went to the store on Baldwin and the man was patient and answered my questions and finished everything. Do not enter this store on Sashabaw. It's a joke!

Went back a few months later to get a phone for my dad, just the most basic flip phone and he was great again. Not only did he remember me, but he printed the phone number on a little label maker which my dad really appreciated. He was also helpful when it came to cases, I chose a pelican case and loved it. Absolutely egregious business practices, I cannot express enough how sickening it is for this establishment to take advantage of elderly women. I recently traded in my iPhone 13 for a $700 off promotion on the iPhone 16. When I asked Jon to show me the trade-in deal information on AT&T's website (due to a past issue where I didn't receive my full credit for 3 phones), he refused to help and was very dismissive. He even threw my phone on the table when I asked him to find the information on the AT&T website. Jon told me it wasn't his job to assist with this and claimed that previous bad experiences were due to other employees not representing AT&T. Fortunately, another employee, Aayan, quickly found the information I needed in under a minute and was polite and professional. Jon's behavior was unacceptable, and I believe Aayan should be the manager instead.

She cancelled her service but kept receiving bills. We came to the AT&T store and Ashley spent a good deal of time, talking to a far away person, who was not the easiest to understand, nor was he the smartest but Ashley's perseverance, patience and great skills finally worked to cancel the account and bring her it up to date.
