They charged me for two months of service even after the equipment was returned. They fought tooth and nail for that money and got it. Now they raised the prices on the sketchy wifi to be just as much as when I had cable and wifi. I would never be a customer if I had a choice. The wifi goes out regularly and you do not get credit unless you call and demand it. They will take every penny they can get.

Horrible service and horrible employees. The employee took down my information and said I had an appointment at 10:00am the next day. I go at 10:00 am and check in on the tablet they have and sat down. Another customer came in didn't even check in and was immediately helped by what seemed to be the manager. I waited for around an hour before I interrupted to ask if I was going to be seen soon because I had an appointment at 10. He said the employee from the night before didn't make the appointment right so therefore I'd have to continue waiting and he was going to help out ANOTHER person before he helped me. I called the AT&T in Santa Cruz and was told to come in and they were able to get me in and out. The employee in Santa Cruz was amazing compared to the incompetent ones in Watsonville.
