They charged me for two months of service even after the equipment was returned. They fought tooth and nail for that money and got it. Now they raised the prices on the sketchy wifi to be just as much as when I had cable and wifi. I would never be a customer if I had a choice. The wifi goes out regularly and you do not get credit unless you call and demand it. They will take every penny they can get.

This is a fairness update. Why?…read more Because after a lot of time passed, I opted to call these folks, giving benefit of the doubt regearding what can often be nobody's fault when it comes to email. I must say, the knowledge and honesty I experienced were top shelf! After I explained my concerns with my flat screen, rather than try to set me up with a "well we'll look at it and see that's going on" usually for a fee of course, I was advised my best most logical and affordable action would be to go shop for a new one. So, 5 stars all around. Integrity is fast becoming a lost art. Happy to know it's alive and well here at Alltronics. BTW, I was unaware there was a response to my first review until now, so this update is not related to that.
