Jeff and a friend who is a tech consultant worked together over emails to help me buy the needed products within my budget to set up my new satellite office downstairs with the printer and all the peripherals up so it backs up automatically I don't have to worry about it it was seamless He came out several times, had a very reasonable rate which also fit my budget it was not an easy situation to deal with the staircase and all the peripherals and my grandma brain to deal with as well but he was very patient with me and Jeff got it done efficiently and professionally an I'm going to be asking him to come out here once or twice a year just to check everything for me and make sure all is running properly I can't recommend Jeff enough if you've got problems with your tech small business office or you need good know-how and set up a reasonable rate that's definitely contact Jeff he knows what he's doing is reliable and trustworthy and a pleasure to work with

While it's understandable to have technical issues with an eSIM ITS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO leave customers standing around an additional 45 minutes later with ZERO explanations. Verizon Customer Service is the worse, if you have a billing problem of being charged for equipment you don't have for almost 2 Years and you can't even get someone to get back to you. I have been working on this problem since January of this year 2026. I've called Customer Service numerous times have gotten ticket numbers that they'll be working on this and then when you call back, they don't even show the ticket and they want you to start all over again? What the issue is? I'm done with Verizon. They have the worst the most worst Customer Service and they rip off people. I'm going to be canceling my account with them. Good luck if you'd get a Verizon account because their customer service really really really really sucks to the max to this day. Only one person has called me back and that was the manager from the Watsonville store in California and he said he doesn't deal with Customer Service because this problem came out of his store and he only does sales so there you have it great customer service you guys have you guys owe owe me almost $2000 I mean it's ridiculous how you rip off people and charges also so much for phones and then you can't even call a customer back to tell you why they're not giving you your credit so Verizon sucks.

    Full on scammers. I went here to buy a flip phone for fun, I usually don't have a lot of money…read morefloating around so when I was in talks with them about buying it, I made sure to thoroughly ask about and go over the costs and plan costs before I even considered actually buying it. The male employee told me about the plans and recommended me one where I would pay ONCE for talk and text and I made sure to confirm this with him because I know first hand I cannot pay for random charges. We confirmed this and I bought the phone. Used it for fun for a couple months, then was sent a letter about a random $61 charge. I don't expect to get my charges for anything in mail anymore so I didn't open this letter and was then sent another one saying they added a late fee. Now $91. I was scared so I called their support number and WAS TOLD that this charge would be the "last charge" and it was "to finalize everything" and to "set it in stone" I knew it was bullshit but I paid it. It has been months since then and now all of a sudden, they do it again. Mind you I haven't texted or called once on this thing in MONTHS. I just have it for fun, because I thought it would be fun. With another late fee, now again $91 that I cannot afford. Sending me more and more and more threatening letters to pay this off. I was lied to and scammed and then threatened to pay bills I was told and confirmed I would never get. Do not go here. They will scam you.
