Invoice Below: Diagnostic $89.99 (paid). 1st tech unclog+thermal paste Went from dead to turning blue. Confirmed not power button. $89.99 2nd tech tried breakthrough password but then wiped it. Still turned blue. Updated bios+system, virus scan, ram scan/test. $89.99. $269.99total w/ $179.99balance. I fully expect this to have fixed nothing. Based on the other reviews I have read, I shouldn't have brought a computer to a phone repair shop but that was my mistake. Next time try out geek squad, where they will "fix" the same thing for $180. Easy to schedule free delivery and to take away old 200 lb TV ($100 fee to dispose of old TV, worth it in our opinion). Delivery people were quick and competent. Delivered TV when they said they would. Unboxed, installed stand, and set it in place. Turned on to check that it worked. Took away box and packing. Completed installation to theater surround system and other components myself. Only hiccup in the installation was due to the width of the stand. We had planned on swapping our two original TVs and placing the new TV on our 41¾" table. The big screen store stand online measurements make no sense and Samsung lists it as 40" wide. It is actually 42¼" wide. We decided we were fine with putting the new TV where the TV we were disposing of was. Delivery people took this change in plans in stride.
