They create bold faced lies and do not take accountability. They will hang up on you as if they don't care or need your business. They care nothing for their customers. I guess being a corporate store (franchise) they get business just because people have insurance and HAVE to take their devices there. If you don't HAVE to, I highly recommend you don't take your devices there (unless you are OK with really, really bad service). Update: I received a reply from "corporate office" you can read below.... but its strange because i left this review AFTER I tried calling that exact number, only to be transferred twice then told to contact Samsung for some reason.... which I promptly did and advised them to consider reviewing this locations certification as an authorized repair facility. I've some dealings at customer service where there seemed to be an attitude that I didn't feel was necessary, but whatever maybe they had just had a rough day. I don't know. My biggest gripe, and the reason for my rating is the BJ's gas station at this location. The pumps are the older model (according to one attendant) and will not read a cell-phone screen if you're trying to use your digital BJ's membership card. Which is extremely frustrating given the fight they give you at customer service to get an extra card made. Seriously, don't offer a convenience (like digital membership cards) if it doesn't work with your store's equipment.
