Sent to the kiosk business in Merritt Island Square Mall by another repair guy who didn't have the necessary replacement battery in stock, I was doubtful at first. And second, too, I admit. But these guys came through -- not only with a phone repair (featuring a 90-day warranty on new parts), but also healthy dose of micro electronics (the physics as well as the business outlook) education. I went there to get my phone screen fixed, lcd was completely fine because I also paid for them to test it I got it back and it was worse. My screen was glitching, before leaving they asked if I could give them a Google review of five stars to get a discount which I did and it was completely not worth it to give them a rating they didn't deserve. When I made them aware of the problem they insisted I broke it. I would not recommend going to this location. read more

They repaired my broken screen on my iPhone 6 Plus. A little pricey but it needed to be done. I went back to get the screen protector for the glass. For some reasons my phone seems a little bent now and the protector bubbled and started to chip and crack. I took it back and they wouldn't replace it. Just told me on this one they can't really get if tokay right. Maybe should have told me that before I paid for it!! I won't go back.it looks terrible. read more

Never, ever use these guys. They replaced my daughters iPhone XS screen which broke a month later. They claimed the screen was cracked even though there were no obvious cracks to the naked eye. Being foolish I paid them to replace it again but had them put a glass screen protector on. They said they'd warranty it for 30 days. It broke again in less than thirty days. They said there was no warranty and the screen was cracked even though the screen protector was not. I took it to UBreakifix and they inspected the screen with a magnifier and found no cracks. Screen was an obvious cheap knock off and wasn't installed right. UBreakifix cost a little more but they have a warranty and guarantee they use Apple replacement parts. read more

I went to this store because I saw a sign that advertised iPhone repair. I dropped my iphone 8 and cracked my screen. When it was my turn I asked if I could get my screen repaired. I was told yes and that it would cost $100 and would be ready in 20 mins. I also asked if the screen would be an Apple replacement screen because I didn't want a knock off screen. I was told we don't use knock offs here. When I came back to pick up my phone the new screen was clearly a knock off. I could tell immediately because of the screen resolution. I never gave my passcode so I knew the settings weren't changed. The guy insisted it was an Apple screen he used to replace mine with. I asked him if he could show me the Apple logo on the screens he uses. He got upset with me and told me that he would put my old screen back on because he didn't have time for me. I again asked if he could show me the apple logo and he refused. Had he just been honest about the screen not being an Apple screen he would have saved us both some time. Several phone screen repair places use knock off screens and I don't see an issue with that. I just didn't want one on my phone because the colors matter. Knock off screens are darker and make me feel like I need to turn the brightness up. Just my experience and based on that I would not recommend this place because if the repairman would lie about the quality of the product used what else would he lie about.... read more
