I spoke with two floor and one customer service manager and those ding dongs absolutely would not hold the PAID FOR TV until I came to get it because I had already spent $160 of my money, not my school's to pick it up. They just could not figure it out, It took me over an hour to get a store manager to agree to keep his eye out and then put it in his office so it wouldn't get sold. That never happened. It was in the back with all of the other stuff in the back. Luckily, I came back the next day, so $200 in gas. Such a ghetto organization. Shameful how poor the customer service is. It is so embarrasing because people from other places that understand how customer service works come to Kona and get to experience how stupid people are.....
