    Ok who else Hate's Cricket phone service pay the bills and they still rip you off by messing around with the data services

I was with Verizon for several years and the way they treat customers at that Corporate store on East State Street in Rocford is ridiculous.

My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of working with him when he stated he could move us from a personal plan to a business which w old save us money. We were excited to save money as anyone typically is and moved forward. Prior to the end of the transaction he stated to us what are bill would be with turning on Autopay. Yet when we received our bill, his statement was far from the truth. We in fact saved no money and our bill was about $70 higher per month than we were paying and $140 more than he said we would be paying. Upon contacting customer service we were advised to go into store to discuss this with Connor and his manager. That's what we did. A sales rep and floor lead explained it would require getting Connor and his direct manager involved to resolve the many issues that he had created. Well Connor reached out and is now stating that isn't what he said and I advised I wanted to speak with his manager and we could all sit down to discuss the issues. Connor advised that his manager does not get involved with issues or customer service. So who holds him accountable for his actions? I can no longer get my old plan back. The option presented to me by Connor is to return my equipment if I want the bill to be what he stated. During the conversation I was polite yet direct about what he did and that he was not honest with us at the time. He then attempted to tell me to stop yelling, which I was not I was currently at an appointment with my wife and am not the type to yell. He chose to speak to me in an unprofessional and condescending tone to which I continued to request a manager. Should his manager care I have this in text a proof as well. I've spent hours on the phone with support for them to try and fix the issue yet there is no complete fix now and no one apparently to hold him accountable for his actions. In the end he is another sales rep looking for a pay day, doing things without permission or accountability. I have had no issues with Verizon in the past and because of supports great service I hold no ill feelings towards the company. The issue is in Connor being allowed to do and say whatever he wants to in order to deceive customers.

    They are scammers. Went to buy a new iPhone and traded my old one. They told me because you have…read morebought a new phone with us today, we have a special offer of three free SyncUp Trackers, and you don't have to pay anything for them, and I trusted them. I bought the phone they gave me the trackers and helped me set up one of the trackers through the app. Then the next month I saw an overcharge on my account, and when I called the T mobile service they told me the charge was because I had bought three trackers and I had used them I said I got them for free, that's what I was told in the store and then they explained no they charged you and when I found the receipt I saw that they did really charge me plus they did not tell me that using it you have to pay for the service. I did not look at the receipt when I bought the phone because they explained to me how much it cost and how much discount I would get for the new phone because I traded the old one, and with taxes and their service for helping me set up the new phone, I thought it was all right. I found out they scammed me a month after buying the new phone when I saw the overcharge in my account. Liars and unprofessional.     The guys at this store do a great job fixing issues quickly. When my son had issues with getting…read morethe free screen protectors, they were out of stock. The salesman re-routed him to a different T-Mobile location (Machesney Park) who didn't have a clue. Called back to Loves Park and the same salesman immediately contacted another branch (Perryville), made sure they were up to speed with the free screen protector program, and that they had stock. 15 minutes later all was settled. Nice job!
