Like yeah, I will admit that the customer service is a bit lacking, but here's the thing: it's not NEARLY as bad as people say it is. And it's ESPECIALLY not bad enough to give the entire store a 1 star review, despite how great the rest of the store is. The people there are self-aware of the fact that they're working for a used disc shop in the middle of a ghetto town for minimum wage, so why should they act like the job is the most serious thing ever? They'll help you if you ask for help, and they'll do their jobs the way they need it to, so if they wanna gossip and talk about random things while they're free, just let them. You would be doing the same exact thing if you were in their shoes. Regardless of the customer service, this place is absolutely UNBEATABLE when it comes to prices. You won't always find what you want/need, but when you do, the price is unbeatable no matter where else you look. That's how they've founded their store, they want to buy it for the cheapest that they can, and in turn they end up selling it for the cheapest they can. I've went into that store finding MANY rare DVDs/books with 2nd market values of over $30 selling there for $10 or less. Wanna complain about them not giving you much money for your stuff? Here's a tip: try taking it somewhere else, or don't sell it to a 2nd hand shop. Though nowhere else will give you any more for it, because you need to remember that this is how they make their money, and without underselling you, they won't make money. Selling things to a store is a mutual agreement, so don't say they're "robbing" you because they aren't, you completely agreed to the sale. Go to eBay if you really have that much of a problem with how much you make on your used DVDs. Overall, great store. As I said, you won't always find what you want or anything worth buying, but it's worth it to roam around and see every now and then. The place can be a gold mine at times because it can be pretty often that people go in selling their stuff with no idea behind how valuable it is. Good luck everyone.

His son comes out to the truck and does the coax while Jerry works on the radio. Both of them exceeded my expectations. They tested the coax I had and it was in good shape so we didn't need to run new coax. His son put the new antennas on and tested them out...no charge for the labor. Inside, Jerry went thru my radio and fixed a problem with the meter without me asking, no extra charge there either. Their prices are more than fair and their work is exceptional. There are so few CB shops around this country and fewer that provide such quality service with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Come by here and make sure yours is working as good as it can!!!!
