I had damaged the display on my MacBook Pro so badly that I was not able to use it. I was able to drop off my computer to him on Sunday, the same day I called. Bob ordered and installed a new retina display and got it working great. Since my laptop was over 3 years old, I decided to have him put in a new battery as well. He did a flawless job. My 2017 MacBook Pro has new life breathed into it now.

I can usually walk myself through this type of craziness but I could not get it back online. I called this company to see if he could look at it and price what it would cost to get this problem solved. I need a computer for my business and I was dead in the water. This company was amazing, not only was I working with a old operating system windows 7, I have security on it and he found some malware and spyware and a Trojan. I pay yearly to have a secure system and it still got through my firewall because my system was not being supported by Microsoft any longer. This guy was great, he put a new hard drive, new operating system. Took out all the garbage that accumulated in it, and I had it back the next day. He was pissed off. Apparently he works out of his apartment and doesn't want the apartment manager to know what he is dong (illegitimately?). When I came to pick up my item I parked out on the street and he was even more pissed off at me because I got out of my car and started walking towards the apartments when I thought I saw him.
