The staff is friendly and helpful, they are easy to reach by phone, and exactly the right size dumpster delivered on fairly short notice. They dumpster was easy to access and fill (easy for me to say because my helpful neighbors did a lot of the work) and they are attentive to requests for specific placement. I reached out, and Zack and Ryan were very quick to give a quote (super reasonable) and they were flexible with their availability with my strange schedule limitations! Overall, I will be looking to book this company again if I need to move again! First off, I was able to schedule over a week in advance easily with these guys. I had some scheduling conflicts for the Friday afternoon they could work me into their schedule, and after telling them this, they said they could do the move at 9 am that day if it worked for my schedule (which it did!). They also ended up getting to my house 15 minutes EARLY which was so helpful and better for them with the weather (it was 100 degrees forecasted for later in the day!). Even with the weather, these guys were super patient and so friendly. They really exceeded my expectations because I've heard some horror stories about movers--not these guys, they are AMAZING. They moved all my things from a first floor apartment to a third floor apartment (with no elevator--I'm so sorry!) with no issues. Everything was in the same shape as when the stuff left my other apartment. We ran into one snaffu (not any fault of theirs but mine!) when my couch couldn't fit up the stairway--they helped me move the couch back to my old apartment so that I could figure out what to do with it! Since that didn't feel precise, I asked for someone to come out and confirm the estimate. A staff member visited, counted all the vents and intakes, and explained that we had more vents than expected for a home our size, which increased the price. I appreciated the transparency there. Before scheduling, I asked how long the job would take. I was told two hours. The day of service was where the problems began. Two Steamatic employees arrived at 9 a.m. They explained they needed to set up a large vacuum system in the basement. Unfortunately, this equipment required more power than anticipated, and it took nearly two hours just to find an outlet configuration that would work. Once they began cleaning, the process took much longer than the original estimate - they finished at 4:30 p.m. That's a seven-and-a-half-hour job, not the two hours I had been told. I contacted Steamatic to express my frustration. To their credit, the company responded quickly: a supervisor came out several days later to inspect the work and found several issues, including dust on walls and ceilings, vents missing screws, and others not secured properly. Within a few hours, a second crew was sent to correct everything. Steamatic ultimately made things right. I received a revised invoice with a $177 discount, which I appreciated, and a VP called me personally to understand what happened. The supervisor also explained that the job should have been estimated at five hours - not two. One final note: no matter how careful the team is, vent cleaning does create some dust in the home. That's simply part of the process. Bottom line: Based solely on the service day experience, I would have rated this a 1. But because of how they handled the issues- prompt follow-up, corrections, and a fair discount - I'm giving them a 3 out of 5.

This year, I searched for someone with great reviews. I saw lots of rave reviews on Google. So I thought I'd give them a try. Those reviews ended up being well deserved! They showed up on time, were so very nice and respectful, reasonably priced and the best part of all--my carpet. Oh my!! I actually started tearing up because it is beautiful again. It's a light taupe and I've been so embarrassed about the spots all year. From the day last year when Stanley cleaned it, it was matted and never looked clean after they were done. The difference is amazing--it looks like new again! They even reminded me several times that my socks would be damp (not wet) and to be careful walking on my kitchen floor. I'm older and definitely don't need a fall. So that reminder was appreciated. Anyway, they just earned a new repeat customer. Highly recommend this company.

Christian and Martin did a great job in preparing our rooms for the cleaning. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and answered my many questions. It's been two days now, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them. I also asked them to clean the tile grout in one of our bathrooms and also our sofa. Everything looks great.
