My fiancé is an espresso lover, so we had to go once I told him about the Black Widow shaken espresso. I ordered an iced matcha latte. Because I opted for the iced version, it had to be a 16oz size. Not a bad thing, but keep that in mind if you want a smaller option. The cafe was pretty busy when we went, hi but it took maybe 5-10 minutes to get our drinks. I really enjoyed mine! Sometimes I want a simple, plain matcha and it was just that - in a good way. Lol. Not overly sweet. The outside seating area is nice, especially on Saturdays when you can enjoy your drinks while the farmers market takes place. I had no idea they had a dedicated space for singers to perform. I still decided to utilize their walk up window simply because I had a car full of dogs and I didn't want them to miss me. The window is pretty easy. It does have an awning, but it doesn't really work very well when it's raining cause it's a little narrow and width. However, the barista prioritized me standing in the rain and quickly took my order I told her I was gonna go back and wait in the car because I had a car full of dogs. When my coffee was ready, she noticed that I was getting attention to my dogs and she decided to hand-deliver my coffee to my car. I thought the latte helped me stay awake for the 3.5 hour drive I had ahead of me. The cake was tasty and still moist. I also tried their blueberry or cranberry cupcake and that was tasty as well. The staff members were very polite and helped in giving suggestions on what drinks to get. I didn't notice until I went inside that they also have a drive thru. Either way, coming inside was a better option for me to stretch my legs. If I pass by Columbus again, I'll stop by Crimson to try another drink and bakery treat.
