It was my brothers birthday and the lady in the drive thru said he could get a free drink, we proceeded to go to pay and some rude bald guy had an awful attitude and told my brother he doesn't get a discount. So not only did he not get his discount but the guy was unnecessarily rude before we even asked for the discount. read more

This Starbucks location has had awful service for as long as I can remember. It doesn't matter if there are 2 cars in the drive thru lane, or 15. They are insanely slow and lack any sense of urgency to complete orders in a timely manner. I placed a mobile order on 7/29/26 and when I pulled up to pick it up, there was only ONE CAR ahead of me in the drive thru lane. The barista stated on the loudspeaker she was just "finishing up" the order and to pull around. I got up to the window and sat for an additional probably 3-4 minutes? It was actually 2 minutes after the latest expected time the app gave me for my mobile order to be ready by. I could see multiple employees behind the counter and it looked to me as if they didn't even start preparing my order until I got to the window. And this is how the service is when they are completely dead and not busy!!! The service here is unbelievable and I will not be back. read more

Typical service, however - flies and gnats everywhere inside - around trash and even display counter. Alerting staff resulted in a big old shrug of the shoulders with the reply, "there's a lot of things I can't control". do not come to the Starbucks! I got a Venti strawberry açai and asked for light ice and they filled it up halfway and put maybe 10 cubes of ice. The inclusions were all crushed up and there was one full strawberry. I asked with it for water instead of lemonade and it is far too sweet. The barista was very unhappy, and she clearly did not want to be there. 100% do not recommend! read more

I love Starbucks!! Call me a basic girl!! I love me a cold brew or Salted Caramel Oatmilk Shaken Expresso. It is the perfect amount of sweetness compared to the calories/fat/sugar etc. It is a a dirty location, but hey?! It is what is is right? Just coffee. read more

What a happy surprise to see that this location has finally opened as it is dangerously close to the office! Due to some construction delays, their opening was pushed back which resulted in an opening with no grand fanfare. It appears not many are aware that the location has opened and so I am taking full advantage of no lines! This is a fantastic Starbucks location! I'm a Columbus State student who often goes to the Delaware campus, and this location is very close to there! The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating towards customers, and the drive thru is pretty fast. They have a great selection of drinks and they actually make sure they are right. I am trying one their new Fall drinks, the Apple Crisp Macchiato. I was really disappointed in this particular Starbucks adventure as they were out of all of their vegetarian food options except for one relatively early in the day still and my drink was all milk, dash of coffee and barely even warm. The drive through worker was overly preppy as she told me they were out of vegetarian options. V sad. read more

My absolute favorite Starbucks. The staff and manager, Claus do an amazing job making you feel like family. Their fast and prompt with both food and beverage orders. When this location opened everybody was great and friendly! But in the past year it's slowly dwindling. In the past five months it's gotten really bad. Let me start off by saying that I am not a picky customer when it comes to Starbucks and I am most definitely a regular. I went to this location at 4:10 and noticed that there was a significant number of cars in line, roughly 10-12. Therefore, I decided to go in and order.Some time passes, still no drinks. I looked outside and noticed all of the cars that were previously in line, were already gone and they hadn't even started my drink. When they finally began to make my two drinks, I noticed they both were tall cups (I ordered a grande ice white chocolate mocha and a tall ice peppermint mocha). Knowing what goes in the drinks, I asked the worker if I had been charged for the grande. He responded by saying "oh yeah" and poured my drink from my tall cup to a grande cup, added ice and milk (missing an espresso shot).. Their balance of the drive-thru and customers inside is terrible to say the least. I waited until 4:35 for two iced coffees and no other customers in front of me inside the store. One drink still being wrong after asking the worker. If you have some time to waste and don't care what drink you get, go to this location! I do enjoy Starbucks very much but this particular staff was not efficient in the least. I will not return to this location. read more

Horrible place to get your morning coffee. I don't usually go to this location and this is why. Ordered a mobile order and after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, I finally ordered one at the counter. I got the counter one before the 20 minute old mobile one. read more
