Crisp made me download Yelp. I even called them myself & told them I will be leaving this review. I was so hungry I ordered from Crisp for pickup. Inside of the place wasn't nothing crazy but spacious inside HOWEVER DO NOT get the steak & cheese, I felt like I was eating animal organs. I tried my best to stay positive the meat wasn't seasoned, it looked like chopped up intestines, & it was so chewy I had to keep spitting it out. Don't do business with this company. I ordered online. Their system kept shutting down while I tried to order, it came back up and I was able to complete the order. I got an email confirmation. When I got to the restaurant, I found out that somehow my order went to the Walpole location. They informed me that they were having an issue with the online ordering system and had to shut it down. They went to get the manager to discuss with me. I asked the manager if they would give me the order at the Canton since their system was acting up. She rudely told me no and "I could pick it up in Walpole". I muttered "This is f'ing ridiculous" which I shouldn't have used the f word, but I was not being rude otherwise. The manager said the owner doesn't allow customers to swear at the staff and rudely cut off the conversation and ordered me to leave the restaurant. Didn't even give me an opportunity to even apologize. This is no way to treat a customer. Now I have to dispute my charge and I bought my pizzas at Towne Spa where they know how to treat their customers read more

If you're going to charge for pieces edges at least do it correctly. My pizza was almost uncooked in the middle and all the toppings were located in the same spot in the middle. The brussel sprout appetizer was awesome which is the only thing giving this place 3 stars. read more

The food is outstanding! I have two very picky kids and they loved the pizza and pasta. The Fresno Burger is amazing. It's one of the few places I've been to that correctly cook a medium burger (other places always over cook the burgers). It was so juicy I had to eat it with a knife and fork. Or, if you go about it with your hands you will need a shower afterwards. My wife loved her Maple Salmon. Drinks and dessert were also great. Just an awesome spot all around. Just had a terrible experience with crisp. My husband picked up our food and they send us home with a complete wrong order. He had to drive all the back to get the correct order and when I called they said there old give us a giftcard for the mistake but that did not happen. We had ice cold food for dinner. I ordered a cutlet. Place is clean and looks like a gif vibe at night. Sub was kind of expensive compare to what I'm used to. I understood why once I unwrapped the sub. I'm was Impressed. The cutlet itself was fresh and hot. Didn't seem frozen. The. Reading was crispy and chicken was thin but tender. It needed some seasoning tho. The pickles, onions, and tomatoes were fresh as well. This use to be out all time Favorite pizza place. Yes I understand some pizzas are over $17 for a bar pizza but they are phenomenal. We were regulars, once a week. And today we found out they changed there 'fountain soda policy' instead of free refills they are over $3.50 for a refill. A policy our waitress left out. The most appalling thing about this is ALL FOUNTAIN SODA IS is a giant trash bag full of Pepsi or Coke syrup and it's mixed with tap water. Where the hell do they get off thinking the can charge $9.00 for high fructose corn syrup and water. And why tue hell would you always offer it for free then the bill comes and it's a shock to find out you spent almost $10 ON A BAG FULL OF SUGAR MIXED WITH CARBONATED WATER. Don't get me wrong, we will happily spend $17 on a 3 sausage pizza but Crisp...you have lost your god damn MIND if you think I'm paying Almost $10 for three sodas. You have lost your mind. read more

If I could give a negative rating for service I would do so. Wait time at the bar was atrocious. Ordered a sirloin medium rare and it was still mooing with a tan. My first experience at the restaurant with my husband and my kids was exceptional. We were there a couple weeks ago and the food was so good! We got a Greek salad, mozzarella moons, and two pizzas. My son also got the kids meatball pasta and he loved it! Service was on point! So two days ago I decided to order takeout. On my way to picking up the order I got two flat tires. I'm sure they already made the food so I felt very guilty for wasting their time & costing them money. I called, apologized, and told him I was unable to pick up the order. They were so nice about it and gave me a complete refund, even though I told them not to. I just ordered takeout again today. And everything was exceptional. Absolutely amazing. This restaurant caters to all demographics and is a 10 out of 10. First of all the place is spotless, staff was friendly and not over bearing. i have never seen a spot that has customers come in and out all day for their famous pizza and have a full scale bar with sports on. You can eat with your friends inside. The seafood is so fresh you. Honestly i have heard negative comments from Walpole location (which i have never been) however Canton is a home run. i cant rave enough about this place and so far have told 6 people who have all echoed the same thing. We ordered online and picked up. The place was 1/2 full with eat-in patrons. I walked directly through the "dining area" to pickup my order. Which felt strange and I would never eat-in, plus it's very industrial. We had pizzas and an appetizer. Specialty buff chicken- dry chewy chicken the Buffalo was good. I paid for extra mushrooms on my pizza and it was perfect, sad it was extra ( since the pizza is pricy). Calamari Appetizer was fine, a 1/3 of dish was pepper rings. Ordered takeout. Got pizza, wings, meatballs and penne, chicken and fries and a Greek salad. Pizzas were delicious. Definitely recommend those. Chicken and fries was from the kids menu. Fries were slightly soggy by the time we got home, prob would have been fine if we ate in. Chicken reminded me of McDonald's nuggets. All fine for kids I guess. Kids meatball and penne came with one large meatball. It was very good, I'd get it again. The Greek salad had mixed greens, cucumbers, olives and pepper rings, adding chicken would turn it into a pricey salad but otherwise it was good. The one item I did not like was the chicken wings. We got the sauce on the side. Maybe that's where we went wrong? But the wings were not crispy and had zero seasoning. You'd think they'd be lightly seasoned and fried till crispy and then tossed in sauce, but these were like completely plain and just fried. Even the sauce couldn't add enough flavor to make them seem to be seasoned. In the end I liked the food and will absolutely order again. I ordered online and the food was ready when quoted.
