I also tried cloudy, an iced Americano with red date and a cream top. I couldn't taste much of the red date, but it was still a strong, flavorful coffee. It's warm, flakey, savory, and such a good pairing with coffee. The space itself is nice for sitting and getting some work done. There's only indoor seating and I will say the chairs aren't the most comfortable if you're planning to stay for a LONG time, but there are plenty of outlets available, which makes up for it a little. The French toast was mediocre at best. The café de olla latte was unnecessarily too sweet, and the cortado was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience just didn't live up to the hype on social media. I really wanted to love this place because it has so much potential. The ambiance is beautiful and I loved all the art and cultural influences throughout the space, which is why it's disappointing that the food and service didn't match that same level of care. I'd still be willing to give it another try in the future, and I genuinely hope I can come back and update this with a much more positive review. When you're drawing so much inspiration from the culture, I just wish the food represented it with the same care and attention that went into the space.
