My partner and I came in looking for Omega Oil. The employee, who was already at the cashier, stood up and stared at us as soon as we walked in. Once he told us where to look he hovered over counter and stared. At first, I didn't think much of it. We then asked where the dental cat treats were, and he walked us to the aisle--but instead of asking if we needed further help, he just stood there watching us. At this point my partner and I were having our own conversation about the treats, right in front of him. After we started looking through the treats, he moved to the next aisle over and continued monitoring us. Each time I moved, he seemed to move as well to keep us in sight. At one point, I turned around and saw him standing there petting some peacock feather or other times staring at products.The entire interaction made us feel singled out and extremely uncomfortable. I understand businesses need to be aware of theft, but there should be better guidelines on how to do that without making paying customers feel targeted. Though my cat loves the rabbit feet from this store, unfortunately I won't be returning after this experience.

Some lady pushing man in a wheel chair tried to intervene and said "I can fix it now I can fix it now" She ended up yelling at my daughter. While 10 different people stood around just watching. A total complete SHIT SHOW !! My daughter now an EMOTIONAL WRECK. Was worried about her account an just wanted to leave. These people treated my disabled family as though they were there to steal an then ended up STEALING FROM MY DAUGHTER..... horrible HORRIBLE PLACE. Would not recommend anyone shopping here. So I continued walking with my son making sure he didn't touch anything. My son found "sleeping" fish in multiple tanks, so we were heading out. But before heading out the door, I figured if I bombarded this owner with questions, he might open up and spill some knowledge. I did so, and we had a brief conversation before parting ways. I'm not going to give a low review just because someone wasn't friendly off the bat. This hobby is slowly dying out and these are the people that hurt because of it. Do yourself a favor, instead of going to a big box store for fish, go to one of these shops. The owners may not be as bubbly as the big box ones, but you'll walk away having learned more about the hobby.

We had previously been told no by another company. He said that he had done many similar installations successfully. We were able to keep the old glass and he put in a new glass with a Boss Security brand dog door--that is a big upgrade from pet store brands. Dennis was easy to work with, cleaned up the project perfectly, helped me store the glass, and was extremely professional. He really had pride in his work and giving the customer a great product.
