Chelsea is an incredible trainer. We initially brought our pup, Poppi, to her first series class, which served as a perfect foundation for her training. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the detailed handouts we received that expanded on each lesson. Chelsea is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to canine behavior and motivation. I especially appreciate her focus on "consent-based" training rather than using force. We were so impressed that we booked a series of in-home sessions and will definitely be working with her again in the future! read more

I used one of their self-service dog bathing stations to give my Labradoodle a bath. Everything I needed was provided - shampoo (I didn't use it because I brought my own), professional hair dryer, brushes, towels, etc. It's a bargain for $20, and they gave me a punch card good for a free 10th bath. The store and the bathing stations are spotless. Super friendly staff, too. Highly recommended! read more

This place is an awesome local paw focused pet shop. They have everything you need to make sure your pet is happy and healthy, from food, a large selection of treats, toys, and chews. My dog recently tried the smoked bone they have in the display next to the register, he loved it! He got so excited after he chewed the bone for 2 min he came and gave me all the love then back to the bone. Letting him chew on it for 30 min at a time then popping it in the freezer in between use. Now that the meet is gone, he chews the bone by itself or the ends filled with his favorites. He loves the cow ears and they have a decent selection here. I have a power chewer so they helped me find the perfect cow ear for my dog, ask them which one is best for your pup it makes a big difference I now know. They also have grooming although you should book well in advance and self wash stations which are pretty cool. If you haven't been here I would highly recommend stopping by. I live right around the corner and have two doggies. The prices are higher than most groomers(I have tried out many groomers in the area) I can get past that due to how close they are. We have booked appointments twice, once your doggie is groomed and ready for pickup they give you a way higher price then you got quoted over the phone. For example I got quoted starting price of $75 for my 10 pound puppy. I sent an email to confirm the price with the groomer so we didn't get taken for a ride again and she gave me a starting price of $125 instead of $70..just starting price! Drive the extra few minutes and don't get taken for a ride.. most groomers in the area are honest from the beginning. The first time we went I got quoted around $30 for doggies first groom (just around the face) once finished they said it was $70. It wouldn't have been a problem if they had been honest from the get go. read more

Absolutely Heartbroken by How We Were Treated I have never been treated so poorly by a business I've supported since they opened. My dog is 60 pounds and had to be medicated before his nail trim, something that's stressful for both of us. I thought our appointment was at 8:30, so I arrived at that time, only to be told it was actually 8:15. Even though my dog (Thor)had to be medicated in the car and I was doing everything I could to get him inside calmly, the groomer told me I'd be charged a $25 late fee for being 15 minutes late despite the shop being completely empty. There was no empathy, no understanding, and no compassion for a loyal, longtime customer who has spent years buying both food and grooming services there. After today, I will never return to Pawsitivity. I left feeling humiliated and upset, with my dog medicated and I can't believe how quickly they chose policy over kindness. read more

I went to the self wash (after hours because my dog is reactive with other dogs). The employees are incredibly kind and helpful! It was $35 to wash my dog, and they provided me with brushes, shampoo and de-shedding conditioner, towels/dog hair dryer. As someone who is usually exhausted after washing my 70lb thick haired dog, it was a life saver to be able to have the cleanup done for me. You can tell the employees really love and care for animals, and genuinely want to offer help to customers. I've lived in West Linn from age 6-23, and this is by far the best pet shop that has ever been in this town, hands down! read more

I'm writing this review for just the dog wash. I needed to wash my Golden Retriever grandog (100lb) with a lot of fur. The place I usually go was closed and he had rolled in something stinky. The dog wash area is very nice. The young man working there was very nice. The tubs are low so it is hard on an older back. I had brought my own shampoo but i didn't see any in there or was offered any. There were not aby ear wash supplies, which I am used to having. I did get some brushes. There are individual dryers next to each tub. They work ok. Im not sure how safe that set up is, using electric appliance in a wet area. The towels are very thin. I used about 5-6 towels and gave up. They were ineffective. Came home and finished trying to dry him. Next morning... he's still damp in areas but it will be in the 90's today so he'll get dry. read more

My dog has been a nightmare to nail trim and 3 groomers and 3 vet offices have given up. He screeches and flings around and it's horrible. In 5 minutes, Oyuki was able to trim and dremel his nails with no screaming or any difficulty at all. For the first time in 6 YEARS his nails do not drag on the ground! The store is also really nice and very reasonably priced. We got a sweater and some treats. Overall, would highly recommend! read more

They sound like a really great place. I called and left my number two days ago and am still waiting for a callback. Update: I finally got through and booked an appointment and am so glad I did! The young woman at the reception desk was so friendly and polite. She listened to all of our questions and concerns, asked us exactly how we wanted our dog to look and made notes of everything we said. Our dog Ellie gets nervous and starts shaking whenever she has to go to the vet or the groomer, and was visibly shaking in my husband's arms. The receptionist was very sympathetic, and you could tell she really loves dogs. They were finished in about an hour and a half. Ellie looked and smelled beautiful. She is part poodle, (poochon) and her previous groomer, no matter what I said, always gave her the traditional poodle cut, with the hair shaved short on the snout, which I don't like. This groomer gave her the Teddy Bear face, which is what we asked for, and she looked adorable. We immediately booked her next appointment. The place is a little hard to find, but now that we've been there, finding it will be no problem. It's a little smaller than it looks on the photo, but it is in the same shopping center as the West Linn Walmart grocery store. Next time I go in I'll do my grocery shopping while she's being groomed! And oh yes, everyone in the pet store was super friendly as well! read more

It's the 2nd time we have brought our mini schnauzer to be groomed. The instruction for the haircut was to clean him up and take out the matting. He was shaved down and they trimmed his eyelashes. Which is a no no. It's freezing and now I have to keep a sweater on him. Beware and be very specific. read more

Great self wash options. I love this store!

If you're looking to spend 15 - 20 percent more on pet food and toys, or 40% more than other groomers then this is the place for you. Don't get misled like i did when I was told a full groom was $100 then hit with a $150 bill because they consider nail grinding, and dehairing extra (even though they don't mention it at drop off) costs and are not included in a "Full Groom" even though other groomers include it. To make matters even worse, the finished grooming is well below average. read more

I have been with this pet store through 3 different owners. Tayler, Aiden and their staff are truly amazing. I'll start with my rescue dogs. I have a very nervous dog and they always make Willa feel so welcome. As she does not need grooming they take care of her nails and are always so loving to her. Bennie is my newest rescue. He at times can be a little grumpy. They are always so kind to him and their grooming service is the best in town. I have tried their self service dog baths but have moved onto having Bennie groomed. He always looks so handsome when he is done. I've needed help with both cat and dog food suggestion that are healthy for my animals. They are very knowledgeable on all advise they give me. I am always greeted with a warm smile and they make me feel like family. I would highly recommend this pet store. My animals are my fur babies they treat them as if they were their own. read more
