I have always had a great experience here, and the employees have typically been friendly and knowledgeable. However, yesterday's visit was very uncomfortable. My partner and I came in looking for Omega Oil. The employee, who was already at the cashier, stood up and stared at us as soon as we walked in. Once he told us where to look he hovered over counter and stared. At first, I didn't think much of it. We then asked where the dental cat treats were, and he walked us to the aisle--but instead of asking if we needed further help, he just stood there watching us. At this point my partner and I were having our own conversation about the treats, right in front of him. After we started looking through the treats, he moved to the next aisle over and continued monitoring us. Each time I moved, he seemed to move as well to keep us in sight. At one point, I turned around and saw him standing there petting some peacock feather or other times staring at products.The entire interaction made us feel singled out and extremely uncomfortable. I understand businesses need to be aware of theft, but there should be better guidelines on how to do that without making paying customers feel targeted. Though my cat loves the rabbit feet from this store, unfortunately I won't be returning after this experience. read more

Exceptional customer service! Ariana has been grooming my my cairn for the last year and he always looks perfect. My pup doesn't stress when we walk in the door, a sure sign he's treated well. The shop is well stocked with high quality foods, treats and toys and the staff are experts in dog nutrition. I come in here to shower down my very, very stinky dog. His name is goose and if he were to give them a rating he would probably say 2/5 stars because his number one enemy is the dryers. I however, give them an excellent rating. Price is fair and I seem to be lucky with walk in washes. They always have the best toys, and knowledgeable staff! read more

As a habit I have trimmed my dog's nails every 6-8 weeks. Two months ago I had earthwise groom my 16-year old dog. They put the electric file on his nails and apparently didn't take anything of significance off. Since that time I have been traveling and only noticed that my dog's nails were longer than I've ever seen them and I was shocked. This has prevented him from being able to stay upright in my hard flooring. Savanah the groomer kept telling me this looked like 2 months growth. I have had him 16 years and NEVER have they been this long. I requested/suggested that they not charge me for today's service. (as a business owner I know customer satisfaction is king). This is the best self wash option!!! You have a private room with a door which we need for our reactive dog. Wonderful. They provide everything you need. Wash basin, high velocity sprayer with shampoos, conditioner, brushes, high speed dryer, towels, water proof apron. 30 minutes for $20. My golden retriever is going through chemotherapy and decided to stop eating yesterday even after anti-nausea and food stimulation medications. The store owner Chris helped me in my distraught plea to find a food she would eat. He guided me immediately to food and treat options she may enjoy then gave me everything free of charge. I was in tears and so thankful. This kind moment made up for the tumultuous chaos that has been the past few weeks. Ever wonder why there's new employees here every couple months... I shopped here for over a year. The employees were always extremely nice, welcoming & helpful. So what's the problem? The owners! They smile in your face then treat their sweet employees like garbage. Watch them on camera all day so they can pounce on them to scold them. They regularly make employees cry while at work. They are highly unprofessional and need management training. Great products BUT I'll take my business elsewhere. I won't support bullies. Shame on them! read more

Wow this place is beautiful and so convenient for a self-wash. The staff is very attentive and respectful. I've been to 2-3 others in the area and surrounding towns, I cannot find a place as clean and easy as it is here. The all-in-one-knob-turning machine thingy makes dispensing of all shampoos/conditioners so easy. I didn't have to move any of my pets from one station to the other. Everything was there and easy to use. I highly recommend this place for the value and the cleanliness. read more

Passed by this place on an evening of beer drinking at Valley Taphouse. Came back a couple days later to give my dog a good bath. Their self serve dog wash area are great. Very clean, easy to use and Remy hated it but his Hooman loved it. The shampoo and conditioners are built into the hose. Just turn the dial to what you want. Strong dryer and good selection of brushes too. Plenty of good pet food and treats and toys. They have full service grooming on certain days too. I had a great experience taking my two dusty grubby dogs here for a good bath. First off, the wash station has a door so there's no problem with keeping one dog wrangled while you're busy with the other. The shampoo dispenses right out with the sprayer so no trying to grab a slippery bottle while attempting to get some on the somewhat resistant dog and you can get the soap onto the dog's belly much more easily. Then you just switch the box on the wall to "rinse" when you're done soaping. Best of all, I made two half hour appointments, one for each dog, but they're medium sized with short hair so I got them both done within the first half hour so that's all they charged me for. The facilities are clean and it smells good and the dogs REALLY appreciate all the lovely treats conveniently stored right at nose height--my guys are grabby so I had to watch them like hawks! EarthWise Pet is awesome! We have a labrador retriever who is very sensitive when it comes to trimming his nails and the groomers are very patient and efficient. Today we were in and out within 15 minutes! While he was getting his nails trimmed I spoke to a woman at the checkout counter about different types of kibbles/gut health products and she is very knowledgeable. Took our two yr old pup in for an overdue cut. (He's an Aussiedoodle). My husband brought him in and said he instantly liked the groomer because he went and sat for her. She said it would be a few hours because he was a bit matted (we expected to hear that), in about 3 hours she called to say she was about to finish up but didn't get to completely shave him down on his face or feet. She had did everywhere else but didn't want to push him by doing his feet or risk either of them getting hurt if she did his face. She suggested we take him to our vet to have them do his face because they could probably sedate him to do it safely. We picked him up and although not completely shaved he was very happy and liked his service. We were also very pleased because we've taken him to Perco since he was a baby and they have charged us a "special handling fee", meaning another groomer had to hold him. So when we had learned that his groomer had zero troubles, we instantly knew that he was not the problem ?Petco made us feel as if he was). The store is brand new and looks amazing inside and out. If you want to experience what customer service is supposed to feel like then come here. Chanda and Kevin are awesome! They helped me set up a healthier meal plan for Reba which she is loving. They also hooked me up with their self serve dog wash which I'll never go back to a bathtub again.
