Glass Block Factory did an excellent job replacing my 7-block x 7-block glass block window!…read more First, we discussed the job on the phone. I was undecided about whether to replace the 3 glass blocks with issues or the replace entire window. Glass Block Factory made an on-site visit to assess the window itself and the inside and outside area around the window. Since the window was above an unpaved gangway and on the second-floor scaffolding was necessary for the job. Glass Block Factory provided estimates to replace just the 3 blocks and to replace the entire glass block window. The pros and cons of each option was explained with no pressure. Since the window was 20 years old and there were some grout issues with other glass blocks in the window, I decided to replace the entire window. On the scheduled date, the team arrived. Scaffolding was setup outside the window. Drop cloths were placed inside to contain the debris. The removal of the original window and the installation of the new window was done with skill and efficiency. Work areas were cleaned up prior to their departure. I would recommend Glass Block Factory for glass block window replacement.
