We asked them for additional help with another project that we were doing ourselves. They helped us resolve the issues we had with a different leaking window and door. They caught several problems with the advice and plans we'd been given, which saved us from long-term issues, so we ended up expanding the scope from just the patio to a door and window with them. We got the look we wanted, the safety we wanted, and it was all installed so quickly and professionally. The stucco work looks perfect and was also done very professionally. I was dubious that they could replace all of the doors in one day, but in minutes their large crew, led by Miguel, had removed everything, including all the interior and exterior molding and were examining and replacing rotten wood. They started working at around 8:30 am and were done installing at 3 pm! It was incredible! The doors are beautiful and the new interior framing around them is perfect. We found that one of the doors wasn't locking properly, so John Gorman, Save Energy's President, sent out Antonio a couple days later and he adjusted the hinges in minutes. Our overall experience was completely positive. Save Energy gave us such impressive service. We could not be more pleased.
