The associate helping us was really nice and helpful. She went, what I thought, was above and beyond during a busy Wednesday around 2pm. She was at the door greeting everyone. This being my first time shopping for Crocs in store, was a pretty nice experience. I've always purchased them online. The store was very clean and organized but lacked a variety of sizes. Earlier this week, Crocs released a Bluey edition Classic Clog, and my wife and I could grab a pair online. We were so happy because they were sold out almost immediately. Today, they canceled our orders because they sold more than they had in stock. Since Crocs.com couldn't make it up to us, we decided to call the store at the Livermore outlet. My wife spoke to Ana and told her what was going on, and she was more than willing to hold a pair for us. Since she was so kind to do that, we immediately drove over to pick it up. When we got there, Ana greeted us and said she was accommodating. She even set aside some accessories just in case we were interested. While waiting in the store and looking around, other workers came by and asked if we needed help. I feel like I don't experience this kind of excellent customer service anymore, but it was refreshing to experience it here. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. I don't buy Crocs too often, but if I plan on getting a pair, I'm checking here first. read more

The dude and I came to this Crocs Outlet on 5/28/22 as my older niece was begging me for Crocs for her 8th birthday the doting Aunt and Uncle we are we can't say NO and went and got her Crocs with Charms that spelled her name. Upon entering it was packed. It was my first time EVER going to the Croc store and we were excited. I honestly didn't know what to expect. The dude was on the hunt to find the niece the perfect charms for her which was warming and he would run over excited showing what he found for the older niece. While he was being an amazing uncle I was looking at shoes for me xD for an upcoming Festival in Napa at Bottle Rock and found some cute VERY comfortable wedges that are crocs. The Croc Wedges I purchased are my ABSOLUTE favorite shoes I have bought in my life !!! They are very comfortable, stylish and at the festival from AM to PM several hours of standing not once did I complain about taking a break my feet hurt at all. These are like magic shoes!! I wear them for work and my goodness I need another pair and constantly getting compliments. Back to my niece, we ended up finding her a bedazzled pair (she requested some scary looking crocs and we vetoed that real quick). Anywho, we found the perfect Charms that had her favorite Disney Princess Belle if you wanted to know and spelled her Nick name "Yin". Oh boy on her birthday 2 weeks later she was such a happy little girl which warmed her moms heart, my heart, the dudes heart and the whole family. Crocs definitely has a special place in our hearts as it created a priceless moment for my niece and she was 100% grateful too! The little niece is now begging me and the dude for Crocs and it's too cute! We are happily going to come back and get those darling shoes for my little niece, another pair of shoes for me and surprise the older niece with another pair due to - well just cause !! The most ILLOGICAL store policy I've ever heard of in my life. I got in their line about 20 minutes before store closing. Ten minutes before their closing time, their Crocs' bouncer says they are closed and begin to close their door in my face. I inform them I've been waiting for 10 minutes and ask why do they let their customers stand in line and wait, only to shut the door ten minutes PRIOR to their closing time. Here's some advise to the business: Just close off the line if you're not going to be letting people in (even though you're still within business hours). The manager came, and after a few more words were exchanged, I was let in. I didn't want to give them my money after that exchange anyways, so I'm glad I didn't find anything. read more

On a busy Sat. the Croc outlet in Livermore had a lot of customers. Parking can be an issue since they blocked off a big section for valet parking (never knew an high end outlet mall would offer this & how many people utilizing this service). There were a lot of selections to choose from, but our main objective was to buy my niece her fuzzy Crocs for her birthday. I found plenty of colors to choose from such as pastel purple, white, grey, black & a tie dye fuzzy crocs, so selection wasn't an issue. Also, plenty of Jibits(the attachable letters, characters or gems) to choose from as well. Currently, since Valentine's Day is right around the corner, you'll notice more hearts & things like that to choose from. Prices were not really outlet savings in fact I just found them cheaper at Nordstrom for $39.99 instead of $59.99 (only color is pink), so if you don't mind paying for the selection then the Croc Outlet is a place to go. read more

There's only one way to describe this place on a Saturday Afternoon: CHAOTIC I've never been a fan of Crocs but since some of my family is I was hoping to find some cute jibbitz charms for them. I approached the store and noticed an ongoing line that continued to grow. Since the store was monitoring the amount of people currently inside, everyone was stuck standing around awaiting to enter. The line moved fairly quickly but with the store being small in size I felt like sardines in a can. I legit never even made it to the other half of the store. Crocs had bumper to bumper human traffic and it was hard to find an a small bit of space just for yourself. Since I was toting around a toddler, the attempt to social distance was pretty slim to none and not a single person seemed to care about everyone else being in their personal space. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR ANYONE WHO IS HARDCORE ABOUT SOCIAL DISTANCING!! All in all, BD found our little girl a pair of lavender clog crocs, mom walked away with another pair, and I found a bunch of cute jibbitz!! [[don't be fooled by the "$1 & up" signage for the charms, they ALL ended up being $5-6 a pop!! I just wasn't in the mood to argue and I really just wanted to get out and grab some fresh air]] 3 stars overall but this place could handle the rush a lot better. Minus 1 star due to the nonexistent staff on the sales floor to assist customers & with covid on the rise again the business should be better with directing crowds to space out. If requesting people to keep their distance from one another is so hard they should simply cut down the number of people allowed in the store. read more

Came here Friday morning right when they opened and found me and my husband's trip quite pleasant. Upon walking in we were instantly welcomed. I came to return an order I had placed online that came super late and no longer needed. Nesha was the employee who helped me and provided excellent customer service. She was very nice and very friendly. My husband was also interested in getting a pair and found the one he wanted. Unfortunately, the size he needed was not on the floor. Nesha came to the rescue and helped find the size he was looking for. She quickly was able to find it and soon enough we were out of there with a new pair of Crocs. We went there and there was a long line but didn't mine at all cause we're planning to get new pair of crocs for my kid. The bouncer was nice, talked to us and when we were inside it's was too busy, too many people. The area for the kids shoes is too small and they don't have much sizes left. So I asked one of the SA (girl with long hair pass her waist line) I asked if she could help us get a size & the color we want but she just pointed where to look. she didn't even bother to get it for us. And when I asked again if she could check she seemed annoyed... Really!!! Purchased a croc last week and upon returning home I tried it and found that they don't fit well for me. I did take out the tag but never wore it outside. I went today to the store to return it and the cashier declined my return saying it as used. It was in pristine condition and then she told the tag was also removed so I cannot return. I have the receipt, well within return window but still she came up with reasons not to take my return. I asked for a manager and she said she is the manager. Doesn't seem to be true. I was arguing with her and finally she agreed to do store credit but did not want to give my money back. Now I'm stuck with a gift card that I have to buy another croc which doesn't fit well for my feet. Costumer services a NEGATIVE! Employees are rude to costumers (not to mention costumers are with their children). Witnessed a tourist asking for more information about sizing and clearly the employee has NO KNOWLEDGE of shoes and sizing responds, " you should've bought the child with you" uhhh duh! Really?!!! I have been looking for a pair of Crocs that fit my eclectic and quirky personality for a few months. To my surprise, while shopping at Banana Republic, I spotted The Croc Outlet! Right-on Serendipity, way to work that out! But, no! There were so many people in the little store that I almost left. They were so busy that the store had a line outside and issued people in as customers left the store. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of not trying to have the store wholly overrun; however, they either need a larger store or allow fewer people in the store at a time. The store needs to expand. If I purchase any more Crocs, I will find another location to shop for merchandise. I agree with the individual who wrote the review and stated that it is 'not a place for anyone hardcore about social distancing". They also had the lines going in two directions? Unacceptable. Get a bigger store and expand, manage the customer lines, so people lower their frustration level and want to drop some cash for some Crocs for friends and family. ***Three stars because of the chaotic nature of the store and no salespeople readily available to help new customers-or customers in general and not having seats available. We were greeted upon entering the store by one of the employees and then we proceed to browse around to see if we could score any Crocs for cheap! Well, it turns out we weren't able to find any at a cheap or even at a decent price point. Was in dire need of some crocs for a special event coming up in the week. I called ahead and an employee said they had the exact croc I was looking for. I told him I would come in three days later. He said he would save them for me. I drove over one hour to get these crocs and when I got there they said they stopped holding them for me. Apparently they only hold crocs for one day only. I have a pair of Crocs flip flops and they are the most comfortable flops i have ever owned. Excellent quality and I've had them for 4 years. I wanted to buy a second pair but this outlet store never has them so i ordered similar ones online that turned out to fit to loose. So i was about to return online when it says I can return at the store. Great. So i drive down to the Livermore Outlets which can be crazy this time of year and go to the Crocs Outlet store which is the one they said to go to online. I gave the cashier the return and the return papers and she disappeared in the back for about 15 minutes then came back with a scrap piece of paper with a confirmation number written in pen and said o should get my refund in about 14 days after they ship the crocs back?? So i don't get my refund for two weeks and i get a number on a scrap piece of paper as proof i returned them? What's the purpose of being able to return to the store if you don't actually return to the store? I spent more money in gas and lost time than if i shopped myself. With the understanding that hours are shortened due to COVID, I arrived at the store at 6:35p and I was told they let the last individuals in at 6:30p despite the closing hour being 7:00p. Not sure what type of policy this is when other stores in the outlet also closed at 7p and continued to let people in beyond 6:30p. My 9 yr. old daughter wanted to get her first pair of Crocs and based on the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and I'm happy to say we received amazing service when we went into the store 2 Sundays ago. First, the store was very busy, but a nice salesgirl offered to go in the back to help us find my daughter's size which we couldn't find. Then the cashier was very patient and sweet with my daughter and showed her how to put the charms on. She even did one shoe asked my daughter to do the other one so she could make sure she understood how to do it. I purchased a pair of Crocs yesterday at the clearance sale and only tried on the right shoe. When I went to put them on the left shoe this morning there was a crinkle in the material in the shoe as they are lined crocs and the crinkle feels very uncomfortable. Double-check your receipt. I got two jibitz charms for my son's crocs because it is 2 for $5. Teenage male cashier says if I get another one it will be free. He then tells me the price and it didn't make sense. He says it is due to the tax. After I left the store, he charged me for the item he said would be free. NICE SLIGHT OF HAND!!! VERY DISHONEST!!! My daughter and I have worn CROCS religiously for 6yrs. Sadly this won't happen anymore. The customer service at this store is great or horrible. But when it's bad it incredibly clear that a customer has no value and they are only looking to maintain business by single purchases not repeat business. luckily Stride Rite has the Play Phibian out for her, I will keep looking for something new while my current pair can still be used.
