High end luxury brand. Salvatore Ferragamo. The shop is in the San Francisco Outlet. There is a security staff that stands at the door to open and close it for customers. No snatch n grab on their watch. The staff including security was terrific. Helpful. A staff member will approach you to offer assistance. I spoke with her and told her I was going to browse. No pressure. She was never too far away, the shop is not that large in physical size, so that was understandable. She was helpful without being intrusive. She provided great customer service. I recall the women's shoe section was quite extensive. Gorgeous shoes in variety of styles and colors. Quality material, beautiful leather. But as I looked at the prices, they seem to be the same as retail. I checked later online and it was. This shop seems to be a retail shop vs outlet pricing. To add, there were no sales or specials. I did not buy anything. But before you do, check for the written return or exchange policy before you make a purchase. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. From the other Yelp reviews, there seems to be an arbitrariness of the execution of the return/exchange policy. read more

Because of my lack of experience with Ferragamo and my lack of experience outlet shopping, I was not expecting to make a luxury purchase. This store has exceeded my expectations of luxury outlet shopping and the Ferragamo brand. I was feeling disappointed after striking out at other luxury brand stores. My husband convinced me to walk into this one, and I'm so thankful I did, as this shopping trip was a Valentine's gift from my husband. I had a wonderful experience. I would like to thank the staff at Ferragamo for making this store a treasure trove. I look forward to my next visit. The store was so beautiful, nicely designed and well-kept. I was delighted to see that there were so many beautiful pieces for me to choose from. It appeared to be almost fully stocked with items. Arzoo, my sales associate, made my visit to the store just perfect. She was lovely. I was hesitant to try on scarves as I really do not want to annoy Sales Associates when I shop by undoing all their work, especially if I decide not to get the pieces I look at. Arzoo was so warm and welcoming and invited me to unfold and try on as many pieces as I liked. I ended up with an exquisite piece that rivals my recent Hermes purchase. After browsing, I fell in love with a purse that just sparked so much joy for me. I was really impressed by how Arzoo was so attentive, but she did not make me feel like she was hovering too close to me or pressuring me in any way. I also appreciate her work ethic. She seemed to be very busy, but not so much that I had to look or wait for her attention. From entry to check out, Arzoo was lovely. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices! I really feel that for luxury goods, the prices are reasonable, and that I got very good value. My husband even felt very good about our purchases. He never feels this way about my Chanel, Hermes, or LV purchases. But, this may be because they don't have outlet stores, and Chanel, Hermes, and LV prices are astronomically high in comparison to what you see at Ferragamo. read more

I went in to exchange my first ferragamo belt for a bigger size. It was my Father's Day gift I talked to the manager Diana, who was very rude and aggressive with saying she'll "get security to escort me out so the situation wont escalate" when this happend I was with my son all I was trying to do was to get a refund or exchange for a bigger size. She didn't help with anything that I needed I thought that was bad. But as I walked out she starts to mock me saying "happy Father's Day" with a smirk on her face. Wouldn't recccomend anyone to shop here rude employees, as well as poor customer service. Bought shoes during Covid. Rarely wore it cause of the pandemic. The soles cracked so I had it "repaired". They put in the wrong sole and came in, in worse condition (looked all crumpled up). I complained and said I might as well leave it cause I'm not gonna wear it. The Manager (Caroline) told me I can throw it out myself. Never have I experience that kind of attitude, really just disregarded anything i said. Been loyal to the brand when it comes to my shoes, but it might be time to move on after this. read more

I'm a major purchaser of Ferragamo products. However, I must say this outlet stores policy of making everybody stand outside for one person ratio per sales person, has got to be destroying their business. I've stood outside for 36 minutes, with only two people in line ahead of me. It's cold! I don't think I want to make the drive all the way back here to do this. Decent store that is clean and well organized. The handbag selection seems more limited to seasonal colors and less popular styles. No iconic top handle bags. Associates are not snobby. Ended up getting a wallet for a family member. Only ridiculously thing is they wanted a dime for the bag to put the wallet in- I mean for a luxury store where you spend hundreds of dollars it's rather embarrassing to ask to pay for the bag. read more

They have an excellent selection of women's shoes that are priced very fairly for the quality of the shoes. I wear a size 5 1/2, and the selection was somewhat limited in the smaller sizes. I visited the store on 5/26/21 and purchased a pair of black patent Nero pumps despite the annoying saleswoman. She was pushy and clearly eager to make a sale. I asked if the style came in a "C" width and she said they did not make such a width. A quick search online revealed this statement wasn't true. She prattled on and on about the quality of the shoes, even after I informed her that I am well acquainted with luxury shoes and own several pairs of Valentino, Ferragamo, Gucci and Louboutins. I didn't appreciate her desperation and hard sale tactics, but the shoes were lovely and well-priced, so I purchased them. I hope the manager sees this review and takes the time to train the staff properly on luxury sales. I would've purchased other pairs if the saleswoman had offered to check other stores or been more helpful. The sales woman asked for my personal information for my profile, and I politely declined to give it to her as I didn't want her contacting me and pressuring me into more sales! read more

Well, I have and it's usually related to my handbag purchases... I am very particular when it comes to my handbag style, size and color. If I want a particular bag, I won't change my mind even if there's something similar or cuter in stock. I'll just keep waiting for that ONE! A couple of months ago, I came into this store to hopefully locate my coveted handbag and matching wallet set for my early birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to find the matching wallet so I had to leave empty-handed. Also, at the same time, the man who was helping me that day wasn't very nice so I'm glad I didn't buy it from him. Fast forward to Nov. 12: I didn't actually plan to come back to find the set that I've been holding out for, but I guess it was just my luck. I walked in and saw the Batik handbag in rosso sitting on the shelf, picked it up and walked over to the mirror to make sure it was proportionate size to my body. Yep! It was THE one! Jennifer came over and asked me if I needed any help and I told her I NEEDED the matching wallet. She walked over and grabbed the continental wallet in rosso, showed it to me and I said "that's the one!" Two minutes later, Jennifer had the matching set boxed, bagged and ready to head home with me. She actually remembered me from when I came in to buy my brother's wallet back in April. If the other man was working, I wouldn't have made the purchase--even if it was the one I'd been waiting for. Thank goodness he wasn't! I visit this San Francisco premium outlet almost every week and visit my favorite stores even though I'm not looking something in particular to buy. Since last year, December, I've been going to this store and they still have the same stuff! Especially the shoes. So of course, I always end up not buying anything.. The snooty sales clerk will give me this look as if Im a waste breathing the air inside their store. I even get emails saying they have "new collection" coming or they're having a sale.. but every time, it's the same pieces! Same prices! I guess coz it's an outlet but still, this is still considered a luxury store.. Bloomingdales outlet has more newer design of shoes than the actual Ferragamo outlet. Waste of space! read more
