Always am able to find something I want when I visit here. I came here to combine the necessity for my wife to buy shoes with the company being sold (meaning deeper discounts). The stars aligned and the prices were jaw droppingly low from previous purchases I've made here, online, and other outlet locations. The tough part here is having the the colors I want that are on sale and in my shoe size (10.5 - 11). Way too common and leaves a lot of colors that are not anyone's style really. The staff are super helpful and offer to help bring your stuff to the front if you're overloaded with boxes. They even offer to take out boxes for purchases to make carrying them outside easier. Good call! I was able to score a few pairs during this fire sale. Makes me sad to think they're clearing all inventory and wonder about the fate of this particular location even though the news articles mentioned this of 1 of 2 outlet locations staying open while the full price stores in the US close. I really hope this company is able to turn itself around and stick around. I've always really enjoyed how comfortable these are, even if they wear quickly and generate way too much static walking around the mall. read more

Lots of varieties and great prices. Always very friendly staff. Quick and accurate service too. Always good to come right before the outlets open: easier to park and lots of choices in colors and sizes. Especially close to holiday weekend, there would sometimes be 50% or 60% off at the sale rack. If you are patient enough to search though the boxes, you can get a great style and color. I never really found their sales to be that great all the times I've come here except for the first time I made a purchase because giving my email address meant getting a one time discount of some percentage that I didn't bother to remember. But I do like the shoes I got. They feel nice enough to wear all day and work for both casual and formal-ish wear - I wore a pair I bought to a wedding. Customer service is good. Almost unbearably and suffocatingly so. The moment I step inside, I don't even get a chance to take a breath before an employee asks me if I need help looking for something, like damn can I look around first before you hound me? Look at me, complaining about good customer service. It's nice to have attentive staff ask me if I'm finding everything okay but it gets old after the first five times in three minutes. Like, you JUST asked me so my answer to your same question very likely isn't going to change that fast. Tone it down just a smidge. read more

National Outlet Shopping day means everything is on sale at least 40% off. This store is well organized and the staff is very helpful. I found a style I liked but couldn't find a pair in my size. No problem! The employee went to check in the back and bingo! Love the brand and now have two more pairs to enjoy. Depending on your timing, parking can be a challenge so be ready to walk. I was excited to check out Allbirds at the outlets this week. I came on a Tuesday to avoid the weekend crowds. I own three pairs that I got online before they opened brick and mortar stores. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. As a certified B Corp brand, I'm glad to know my money is going towards a company that cares about sustainability. The outlet store's selection includes collections from current and past seasons. The past season items are discounted by 20%. The boxes are clearly labeled so it's easy to find your size. They're sorted into men's and women's boxes but the shoes are the same so you can look on the other side if you need a half size (men's shoes are 1.5 sizes smaller than women's). You can try on shoes in store with a lot of room to space out. This is a great addition to the outlets. read more

Pricing is clearly labeled on each box, and I loved the aesthetics of the entire shop. At the end, you can grab free shoelaces (yellow, purple and green). My sister has been ranting and raving about these shoes, Birdies, that fit larger feet and I wanted to get some. However, I came to the wrong store, I was looking for birdies and found all birds. I was determined to visit so I drove down here and the people were nice when I went in. Their shoes run small so I had to get a men's shoe. It wasn't a fantastic feeling and I was told that I had 30 days to return them. I'm still looking forward to going to birdies. And my feet eventually adjusted to the shoes, and I've worn them since the purchase several times. But to have a shoe that runs small is a bad thing. The colors weren't fantastic, but I did get a color that was neutralish. But as far as comfy, they aren't the comfiest ever, however, they can become more comfy over time. I wanted to experience them a little bit before leaving a review. First time I heard of them was through a friend who raved that his co-workers (runners/folks on their feet often) raved about it. It's been popular in the IT scene and they they're a local company. I'm more of a fan of in person shopping when it comes to clothing or shoe items so I was super glad to see that there was a store (outlet) location closer to me than driving out to the City. The store is very clean, staff is friendly, and everything was organized by style and size. They don't have half sizes. Overall, a great experience and I'm happy with the shoes so far (been about a week of walking around). Luckily we don't get too much rain here but the wool material is soft and flexible. The shoe itself is super lightweight. And I thought there weren't many color options for females, but there's just enough when you look through the boxes. Also, since this is the outlet, it's cheaper than buying it from their SF location. Most of the shoes go from $75- to a little over $100, which seems to be up to par with most running shoes and casual wear on the market from big brands. They also have a 30-day return policy if you aren't satisfied. Happy to support local. I'd encourage you to go check out this brand for a shoe that's comfortable, stylish, and clean. Great service, but personally, there is no difference in outlet pricing vs. retail. I still paid $100. But I was curious to try a pair of Allbirds and ended up getting a pair. The true test was I wanted to exchange them because the larger size seemed to stretch out a bit just wearing for an hour. I remember being told I can try them for 30 days and if anything goes wrong, I can return/exchange them. I didn't think I would be exchanging the next day, but I did. Fortunately, the sales person who helped me was there the next day and she remembered me. Exchange was very easy. As long as you keep your receipt, everything is good. One thing to note is do not keep your wallet close to the card reader. For some reason, I was holding my wallet next to the card reader and the card reader sensed my card through my wallet and completed the transaction without me taking out my card. We had to do a return and redo the transaction, but just be mindful. So far I'm happy with my first pair. I would love to try the trail pair next. read more

Heard Allbirds sells the world's most comfortable shoes so I decided to stop by to check out their sneakers. I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet all day and my Adidas are starting to get worn out so it's a good time to get a new pair of work shoes! I read online that Allbirds usually do not have half sizes so I'm curious to see how that will work for my feet. I normally wear a 7-7.5 in womens. I really like the Tree Runner design so decided on those. I was expected to be blown away with these shoes since they claim to be the most comfortable shoes, but sadly, that is not the case. Comfort wise, my Adidas cloudfoam shoes felt more comfortable than the Allbirds. There was really nothing special about the Allbirds. Unfortunately, the size 7 was too small for my feet and the 8 was too big. I noticed the Tree Flyers had half sizes so I tried my luck to see if Tree Runners had it in size 7.5. Sadly, it was a no....the store clerk explained to me that they recommend going up a size for the Tree Runners because that's how it is designed; to give your feet more room. But in my head, wouldn't that be dangerous if you're walking/running around with a shoe that's too big for your feet? I can imagine myself tripping and falling to the ground. No purchases were made. In my opinion, if I am paying $100 for a pair of shoes, I want it to fit my feet and the cushioning to be super comfortable. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations so I'm out. read more

I was so excited to find this place while perusing the Allbirds website. I'm a huge fan of these shoes and wanted to get a second (or third) pair. I knew that I'd likely be able to find at least one pair I liked. They have lots of styles and some are new (full price) while others are retired styles (at a discount). Staff is super friendly and helpful. The store itself is so nice too. It's oddly peaceful and well organized and clean which is not always the case with outlets. We walked around this outlet with my parents and my hubby, Chris, always wants to stop by at Allbirds because he loves their shoes. As soon as you walk in, there are dividers for customers to enter and exit. You will also see a stand-alone Antibacterial available for all customers before fully entering the store to shop. Women's shoes are on the left side of the store and men's on the right side of the store and meets in the middle. Each shoe is organized by sizes below there make on each aisle. This store is so very organized and I love it. Everyone here is so helpful and makes sure that customers are assisted with anything they need. Today, I was assisted by Lily at the San Francisco Livermore Outlets as soon as I walked in and walked towards the women's sections of shoes. I was looking for dark flats size 7 or 7.5. Lily informed me that she no longer had the dark greys in my size and offered the other Grey color. I tried on 2 sizes and confirmed 7 would be perfect. I asked her if they ever had them in black and she confirmed she had one in stock. They were 7.5 in size. She said if my heel comes loose when I walk then they are too big. Low and behold, she was right. I'm usually a size 6.5 but because they run small, I opted for a 7. She offered to order them for me there in-store and ship directly to my home. She was also able to assist my husband with a question and ultimately will eventually buy once he was ready for his 4th pair of allbirds. We have always ordered or purchased allbirds from this store but Lily was such a big help and awesome service was given to me. We've all been there, you walk into most establishments in the outlets and you don't even get a hello or a smile. Honestly most could care less you stepped foot in their establishments. NOT HERE!!! We were greeted by Sonia the moment we walked in with such a positive vibe. Being this was our first time here Sonia told us all about the shoe and how they were made and noticed I liked a particular pair of shoes. While never being pushy asked if I would like to try on a pair? Before I could sit down she had a few boxes in front of me to which I was excited to try on. Great shoes!!!! Great store but a bit unorganized and not really sensible if you're a first time Allbirds customer. We came and left with two pairs of shoes but the folks on the floor were very little and there was only one guy to checkout and the line was over 15 minutes wait and apparently somebody stole some shoelaces while we were there since they noticed some missing on the front desk (we asked about the other options and they couldn't find it for us - even though it was there a second ago). Let me just start by saying that I dread going to the mall for an exchange/return after the holidays. When I stepped in the door I was immediately greeted by all the employees in the store. I had my fur-baby with me, whom they were all excited to welcome as well. Some stores I walk into with her, I get dirty looks as if I should leave her tied up outside (no thank you). I had a small exchange to make, as I was gifted an item a size too small. Although they did not have my size in the store, they offered to order it and have it shipped to my home. Did I mention I didn't have the receipt (as it was a gift)....well, they were super helpful with making it work for me. I gave them a little bit of information regarding the original transaction, and they were able to pull up the receipt and make the exchange. It was soooo easy and I truly appreciated the service. Once I was done, I looked around and of course ended up taking another pair home. If y'all haven't tried AllBirds, do it. They are so comfy, environmentally friendly and have amazing and fun colors/styles. If you want great service, stop by this location, they were great! read more

We loved the service and how the members kept the workspace very clean and followed all the safety measures. They were super friendly and helpful. You can tell that all the members love working here and they stand behind the quality of Allbirds! Everyone was knowledgeable and open to answering questions. It's worth waiting in line since once you come in, they welcome you with a warm smile and don't try to hustle you out. Although they didn't carry many colors, I appreciate how they had a ton of sizes for the styles/colors they had on hand. I prefer that compared to seeing a ton of displayed shoes but most of them are out of stock.
