I purchased some crocs and unfortunately ordered the incorrect size for this style. I called Crocs customer service, they emailed a return slip to me. I needed to be in the Scottsdale area so I found the Az Mills Crocs location just 25 mins from the errand I was running. Upon my arrival I was met by Tess & Crystal, they were exceptionally helpful! Wonderful attitudes and extremely happy to assist with my exchange! I was even advised that as a nurse I rcv an extra discount. Tess also explained that bc my exchange would b a completely different style, that I'd also be rcving a refund of around 15.$!! These two were awesome, Crystal jumped in to help me look for plug-in characters for my daughters crocs! This was a wonderful experience even after the 2+ hour drive to exchange my shoes, AND I ended up finding out that these platform style shoes were better for my back condition instead of the Krushers that I had picked out!! Thanks to these wonderful ladies, their customer service skills were EXCELLENT!!! read more

So if this was the first time I would understand but with the store closing at "7" is a lie. That earliest I can get to the store with my husband is 6:45 the first day we were expecting to get turned away cuz it's so close to closing so I talked to the lady & she said because they "are low on staff they couldn't let us in so they could get the line down around 7. But that tomorrow if we were there at the same time they would let us in. We get there the same time the next day (today) & we're even a few mins earlier & the girl at the door didn't even look at us. Stood by the door let like 5 people out while I'm standing at the door with her back to me completely ignoring me, & says they can't let us in, so then I ask what time they close, & she said "7". So both days of speeding over & running through the mall because they said they would let us in the next day which is all a joke. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service! read more

This store failed to honor the warranty policy of Crocs, as seen at http://www.crocs.com/warranty/returns-warranty-v2.html. Their attitude was so bad, as if I am trying to take advantage of the store. Even after I showed them the webpage, they still insist "it is 90 days" and refused to read the following sentence out loud which is "or exchanged or returned for store credit AT ANY TIME." I looked into my bag and I only had 1 pair and I checked my receipt to just make sure I got charged for 2 and I did. Visited the store on 8/19 at about 5pm. Came to this mall location specifically for the Crocs store, and left with none due to lack of accessibility inside the store and incredibly poor customer service. I am a wheelchair user, and was unable to navigate the store for several reasons, and also observed people with strollers experiencing similar difficulties. 1. Due to overcrowding of shelves with merchandise that left no room in between for a wheelchair/ stroller to pass through, I physically could not access/ view merchandise. 2. There were many employees visibly on the clock, but apparently were too occupied with exploring their own merchandise and taking up much needed space. At one point, I was next to an employee in an aisle and was trying to get through, but she would not move despite my many efforts to convey I was stuck and couldn't move forward or back. At another point, I asked information about shoe sizing, and the employee was clueless about their one product. At no point did any of the obvious 7 employees who were clocked-in offer to help me find products and show concern for my status as a "land locked" customer stuck in the aisle between an employee and many strollers and other customers. 3. The "COVID precautionary capacity limit and social distance safety regulations" were a complete facade. The store was beyond max capacity, despite there being an employee designated at the door with the aid of a roped off line to monitor. Aside from the description above about the lack of space, it also felt incredibly unsafe being so close in proximity to many circulating guests with and without masks. Normally, I would have just vented to a friend about my experience and gone about my day, but this particular series of interactions left me needing to say something in order to save someone else the trouble of expecting access as noted on the "wheelchair accessible sticker" proudly displayed on the store window, but instead getting a poor and humiliating experience. Moral of the story: If you want crocs, save yourself the trouble and go on Zappos. If you are military, a teacher, or a student, you get 10% off and free shipping, and is accessible from the comfort of your home. *1 star 'cause I like Crocs (and you can't review without a forced star), 0 stars for the shopping experience. Sad to see many others had similar experiences at the store with product placement and employees. read more

I am not one to EVER write a review, but after leaving this store empty handed with pure disappointment due to the customer service the manager herself provided ( satara ) horrible customer service with a nasty ass attitude and always checking her phone while "helping" us out to find the perfect shoes for me and my mother in law. I wish I could've recorded every single action she did from rolling her eyes, talking over us and even stating we were wrong? As manager all of those actions were not ok. Not to mention we were not greeted from the start nor were we told the sale until after asking the monster herself. No stars if i could** We went shopping today and i just want to let everyone including management know how unprofessional and rude their staff is. We were in line by the entrance, as the line was split into 2. The employee at the door, short mixed girl, curly hair and was wearing baby blue crocs was beyond rude and speaking using foul language with my children around!!! Her name take was flipped the entire time and i could not see her name. Not only was she rude, she was speaking bad about other employing to another employee. The other employee who engaged in crap talking looked just like her but was a bit taller, and had a green name tag, i was unable to read the name. Both stood at the entrance and talked crap about other employees "diego" and "Italy"?? And other people who "never do their jobs" and how they hate when management tells them what to do. Poor,poor customer service. It took 15 minutes for a price of a pair of shoes. The employees had sour faces. They were busy doing side work instead of helping the customers. Only one of the employees even smiled. If I hadn't really wanted those incredibly cute purple sandals I would have left immediately. At least act like you are happy to have a job. read more

I went to this store and one of the employees looked too lazy to help me so I left and got an online order, I got the wrong size online and went in to exchange them in store. I asked the manager where I could find a size, she was talking to herself looking dumb as hell for a good minute and then gave me an answer, she had a disgusting attitude. I've worked retail and even when I was a seasonal I knew that when someone needs something you don't point, you take them to what they need. This manager was honestly so rude, I'm still kind of laughing on how dumb she looked talking to herself, if you don't want to help people don't work with people. I don't know what her name was Yajaira? Satara? I don't know if you click on the first picture it's the cashier. No one asks if you need help, if they see you looking like you need help it's almost like if they hide. I bought some shoes yesterday and when I got home I noticed only one side would light up. I went I. Today to exchange them and had no problems. My only complaint is that The clerk did not check the shoes prior to purchase that both sides light up. I should have noticed if the shoes worked properly as well but I just assume all the shoes are going to last and work. read more

Ok so iv been to this store twice in the past 4 months and the first visit was the best there was 2 guys working and they were great helpful and very nice. As soon as we walked in they helped me loved those guys...so my second visit wasn't the greatest I walked in with my 2 yr old and I needed help finding out his size. There was 3 girls working and there was only 3 customers in the store and only one person getting helped. It was a weekday so it wasn't that busy but I still had to wait for help which isn't a problem but with 3 employees working no one should ever have to wait..so someone finally helped me super quick like she wanted me out of there as soon as I found a pair she took it straight to register and when I got to the register she was doing something i dont know..so she was checking me out and the whole time she was talking to one of the other employees like hello pay attention to your customer and wait to talk after I leave read more
