I went back to the store to get the correct sizes and the manager told me she wouldn't look up my transaction. She said she didn't know if I was lying about purchasing it at that location. I've been here several times before, but never really posted any reviews. There's limited parking in the front, but you can park in the larger parking lot and walk over. My husband won a raffle to buy his Nike high top shoes, so that's why we were here to pick them up. I'm not allowed to take a picture of it, but let's just say, they look really crisp and I'm sure others would've loved to buy them too. The female associate was very friendly and good with her customer service. The store was clean and since we arrived in the morning, there really wasn't that many customers yet. I'm sure we'll be back if my husband wins another raffle. This wasn't his first and probably won't be his last. read more

Stopped by to checkout the shoes. I wasn't greeted upon entering the store. - 1st failure. The current time is 25 minutes before closing; website says they close at 8PM. 2nd failure - no help - Only three other patrons inside the store and 4 employees all stood around chatting amongst themselves without having any inclination to offer assistance or inquire if we need help with anything. 3rd failure the young man whom I asked for assist with the shoe I liked did not have the slightest clue what his job entails. I asked him three times to check his inventory for the color I wanted and all three times he deflected the request. I left it alone and decided to move onto checkout. Here is the 4th failure; I asked the other young man working the register to check for inventory on the show I wanted and his reply was the same as the previous worker. However, this individual responded with a rude tone as if I was asking him to do more than his job entails. The you g lady who was the third employee laughed at his response and just sat on the bench. Complete utter failure with the employees in this establishment. All of them sucked and could not provide the basic customer service that should be required to all patrons. Will not shop at this location. read more

I came to this store on a Friday afternoon ready to buy some sneakers for my husband my kid and for myself. The four employees that were there, 3 girls and one guy had a fun conversation among themselves. I had to walk to the register to ask them for a shoe to try. They brought it and went back to their conversation. I wanted a different shoe I liked and had to walk to the register again. They didn't bother asking if we needed any help or if the shoe fit, nothing!! I wanted to try one more for my kid but decided to buy somewhere else since these guys were too busy to help us. It was really bad bad customer service. They even seemed to be bothered when customers walked in the store. Never coming back again! read more

My wife and I walked into this place last Saturday afternoon to purchase some new shoes. I guess being old people we weren't the demographic they were going for. There were five employees at the counter who could not be bothered to come over and offer any type of assistance. They were laughing and chatting and talking with each other and checking cell phones. We each looked at three different types of shoes on the wall rack that were similar to the ones we had on. Still this did not stimulate the employees to come over and offer any type of assistance. So rather than bother their conversation we walked out of the store and went down to Macy's. We both were able to find the shoes we were looking for and paid cash.. I live in Victorville, so before I made the drive I called to confirm that they in fact closed at 9:00pm they young lady said "no we closed at 8:00pm" so I made the 45 min drive, I arrived at their door at 7:50 with 10 mins to shop I already knew what I was buying and I was denied entrance by the girl at the door she stated that they were not taking anymore people for the night. Terrible customer service! Walked in to do an exchange with a receipt and Aryelle stared at me receipt for what seemed like 10 minutes to tell me that she could only give me store credit because it was past 45 days. No problem, that's all I asked for when I walked in. She proceeded to tell me I would only get current value. Well guess what, the value was the same as when I bought them! I then witness another customer walk in and ask to do an exchange for a pair of shoes her mother gave her as a gift and the associate gave her a hard time about exchanging the shoes. The elderly woman simply asked to exchange the shoes and what could have been a simple transaction turned into a horrible experience for the customer. Please revisit the importance of service and a creating a seamless experience for the consumer. read more

This place is really good. We went on a Friday and was looking for running shoes for me to wear at the gym. Told the guy that helped us, I think his name was Anthony, what I was looking for and price range found 2 pairs of women shoes and didn't have my size due to the fact that they were on sale. Then he recommended a men's shoe and it was perfect! Really knew his stuff...also told him about my sore feet and legs from walking in a hospital all day long, he recommended one of there inserts. My feet feel great, really pleased! I don't know what these other reviewers are complaining about!!! If you go on a weekend it is busy but so is every store...be patient And Reasonable !!! I want to recognize 2 people in that store. Obinna and Oscar. They are so amazing and they helped me find the right shoe, just for me. Obinna was helping me get my size. I ordered shoes online and decided to return them because they just weren't the right fit, I drove down here (closest physical location to me ~30 mins) and I thought it honestly would be a hassle but I was suuuuper wrong. The manager was extremely attentive and helped me pick out insoles that would actually work for me since I stand at work for at least 8 hours. The guy that was on the floor was super helpful in helping me pick out new shoes, too! Didn't catch his name but he and the girl working were awesome too.
