When I ordered something online that came damaged, I called the store to check if they can replace it with something in stock at store. They were helpful with helping me exchange it hassle free. . I came in this weekend to browse the clearance section. I was able to score some crocs which were marked down and additional 75 percent with the clearance items. I scored a fun pair for 13 bucks. . Overall the store does get pack and they do limit amount of people inside. As well there are sales just got to come check it out when ever I pop in to the arden mall. So glad i found something I never thought I would have gotten for so affordable. Even my bff got 2 pairs for herself as well. Hope this review helps and thanks for reading. UNHELPFUL PLEASE DO BETTER WITH YOUR RETURN POLICY AND COMMUNICATION! I tried to return Crocs that were apparently "special collaborations" and unable to be returned in store YET the online website allowed for me to choose in store as an option to return. If you don't accept these collaborations, why have it as an option on the website! The salespeople just said I can't return in store and that I need to go online. Didn't provide any help beyond that and did not accept any faults for the website or seem at all empathetic. Will NOT be buying from here any more!!! read more

I had a good experience in this store. Customer service is good, staff is very helpful in person and on the phone. The shift leader is really nice and very professional. I luckily was able to purchased the mellow slide in this store and did an even exchange for my bros classics that I bought online to size down. These guys helped me out on the phone, gave me details and options and what they will need for the exchange. When I got into the store, shift leader Liz helped me out with a smile and did the transaction with no issues. I recommend this store. I know what you're thinking. Crocs, Jenny P.? Really? Such judgment, tsk tsk. I'll have you know, the flats are quite comfortable, and there's adorable little customized pins you can buy for them. I might just buy a pair one of these days. This store is a must if you have someone on your list who for whatever reason is enamored with all things Crocs. This Arden Fair Mall Sacramento store has the best selection in the area, hands down, and they are currently being managed by a delightful hard-working lady by the name of Laura who deserves all the praise and recognition. She is absolutely wonderful and a joy to behold when shopping for these things whilst knowing absolutely nothing about them. I 100% recommend her and this store. I hope Crocs appreciates her at the regional level as much as customers like me do. MARIO was a big help!!(so we're the other staffs)He was very informative about Cros. He explained the sizing, styles, deals , and he even showed me the cool charms you can put on top of the cros. I am upset because I went to pay for the crocs and the tag attached to the Crocs clearly says $49.99 and it rang up as $54.99 I told the Shift Leader and she ignored me and still rang me up for the$54.99 instead of what it said on the tag as $49.99 She didn't even make a solution out of the situation. Since the tag says $49.99 they should have gave it to me for that price !!! How upsetting and disappointing. read more

Highly upset with my visit that I didn't even go in to purchase anything. I was waiting at the door for over 30 mins I counted at least 8 people come out not including the little kids(there was about 4) the employee at the door did not let me get in she did not give any customer service at all. I wasn't even able to get her name. She literally stood there with her back turned to us customers in line... I feel like she could of communicated what was going why she wasn't letting us in but she did nothing but give us her back... and let alone I wasn't even in the store and I was already getting really bad customer service...I left the line and then she started to let people in...this was ridiculous never have I ever received such bad customer service. Don't recommend this croc store at all. Just order online it's more friendlier then the staff here. read more

Deciving sale sign. 25% is for non popular crocs. Would've been nice to know when we entered the store. There was no one to greet or assist people with shoes. One cashier and one lady that kept going to the back and not helping anyone. Once we got to the cashier she wasn't friendly and just stated that the sale doesn't count for the popular colors. I just returned a pair of crocs that I bought my granddaughter a couple months ago. After wearing a few times the crocs broke. I tried to return and after waiting 20 minutes for the manager was told they could not be returned. The manager was rude and disrespectful and screamed at me when I expressed my frustration. The customer service at this store is horrible. I plan to file a formal complaint with their corporate office and will never purchase from this store again. I plan to spend the word. I bought my very last pair of crocs this evening since they were on sale and I can say leave it up to me id buy the whole store if I could since they're many nice colors in my opinion. The customer service was excellent he worked with me while I changed my mind more then once or asked a bunch of questions. I was in need of crocs and this place had the best crocs! Lots of different sizes and options

We were just walking around and my cousin points out this store because she raves how comfortable Croc shoes are. I was really looking for some new school shoes for my daughter and noticed that this store sells their own version of a "Mary Jane" style shoe. Really? No way. She tries them on and tells me how comfy they are. I look at the price tag *$44.95*. Oh gosh, that's pretty pricey for some shoes that feel just like rubber, but she didn't want to take them off and my daughter was dancing around in them in the store. But right now, if you spend $50 on any of their merchandise you get $10 off. So, we get a shoe polisher and voila, $10 off. Not a bad sale for some real crocs. read more

Just left the store and I'm very frustrated. The picture I attached was on the rack. Nicole ( the manager) approached us and told us that if we get 3 or more, it will be 75% off on all 3 or more. So my daughter and I spent a lot of time looking for our sizes and kinda forced ourselves to get 3. Nicole just left and Markus, the cashier (he said he's a supervisor too) assisted us. When he rang up the items, not only was he charging us the full price instead of the mark down price, he was only giving us 25% off on the 3 items ( all has green stickers )I showed him the post on the rack and also mentioned what Nicole told us. He said "well she should have explained it better" and he said it's 25% of each item which totaled 75%. I told him that's not how math works. It's still 25% total. He insisted he's right. My daughter and I left without buying anything even the one that she's planning of buying full price. read more

I'm new to Crocs. My first Visit no one tried to assist me until I asked for help and the big curly hair guy helped me only because I asked he was very helpful and knowledgeable About the shoes. But this white blonde hair chick has no problem repeatedly asking me if I need help around the charm area with my 9 yr old. I'm pretty sure only because she thought I might be stealing and because I'm not white! but she never bothered to ask me I needed help with with shoes when I looked at her directly in her face looking lost in the store. My second visit took my mom to get a pair and again no one offered help and none of the female workers (the older short hair lady and an African American girl) had knowledge about if the shoes were slipped resistant. You should make sure your employee is trained well and have knowledge about your products if you're going to have them work there. I don't know if I want to return to this location again. read more

Very poor customer service. A male and female were working and talking with each other when I walked. The female said "welcome" and that was the last interaction I had. They didn't stop talking with each other to help me. The female went on break but still no help from the male. I did buy a pair but when I took them out later on in the day I realized I purchased the wrong style. I called and asked if they had any of the style I wanted and was told they had a few left. Luckily they had my size and she said she would hold it for me. I drove 25 minutes there the next day to find there were no shoes on hold and they never carried the style I wanted. I asked to talk with the manager and was told there wasn't one but I was given the district manager's number. Two calls to her and no return call! Now I see where the customer stands - not important! Received call this Sunday from District Manager. Very nice and hopefully she will talk to staff. She offered me something off the next time I come in but I am not planning on returning to that store. read more
