Not a word! This is a pathetic example of poor customer service. Incompetence and not caring. They obviously don't care about the customer experience, and yet they ask for customer reviews. Well, here you go! Customer service 101 says when a customer is unhappy, they'll tell ten people, and more than that might see this review. My husband had already done a tune up and we needed the blade bent back into place. He went to pick it up and they charged him $30 and said it was fine. I just tried to mow a strip of my lawn and it was dying the whole time. Then it just completely died. It won't start again. So, they didn't help us at all. I put fresh gas in it, changed the spark plug and oil, but it still wouldn't start. I called these guys after being referred by family and Rich came out and did an awesome job tuning up my machine and getting it dialed and ready for a season of use. I feel like he went above and beyond by doing a complete work up instead of just a quick carb clean. He adjusted the rpm settings to maximize output, sharpened the blade and air hoses out everything. After one stellar mow job I snapped the cable after catching it on my chain link fence and these guys came in for the rescue again. I texted them a picture of my model number, they got the right cable and came back within days. Now I'm back at it and couldn't be happier with the performance of my mower! I spoke with Brooks, who was professional, friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions regarding cleaning and inspecting the carburetor for my RV generator. I brought my carburetor to their shop and all of the service employees were courteous and anxious to help. I met with Brooks who completed the necessary paperwork and explained the service process. I left the shop confident the work would be done professionally, in a timely manner and at a fair price. I contacted another local Toro service center, Honest Engines, and they told me that the cost to rebuild the engine would be about the same as replacing it, $2500. They said they do not do rebuilds any more. I called BC Small Engine and he told me it might be something like a head gasket, but bring it down to examine. I took it and they had it repaired in about 4 days. It turned out to be a stuck valve. They repaired it, did a full service and tune up for about $250. While I was there, they also serviced and repaired a snow blower for me that had a broke gear handle. I am glad to find a place that it willing to open up the engine and find out if it is a simple repair or needs a full blown rebuild/replacement. This is now my place to go and I would highly recommend it to others.

After being told by Humphries heating good luck finding a shop that will sell you a blower motor for your furnace, I found Stevens. I described the motor I needed they said they had it in stock I went down the next day with my busted motor and they not only sold me a new one but they assembled it back with the blower wheel for me with the correct wiring so I wouldn't be confused by the color change on the wires. Don't listen to furnace people who tell you you can't do it yourself. Stevens will give it to you straight. Oh and by the way, I was quoted 500 dollars to replace my motor. It cost me 150 and a drive to Stevens.

However it took them 2 and 3 tries on 3 appliances to get them "fixed". But alas, only 1 of the 3 actually is fixed. They seemed to immediately want to throw parts at the issues but the parts never fixed the problems. And then instead of just coming back and making it right they wanted us to go through our home warranty people. I wouldn't recommend even though they are very nice people. It's shouldn't take 3 trips to fix an appliance. Further, on our washer the new repairman with different company found the issue in no time and we never needed the parts Ifix installed to begin with.
