We buy our seasonal baskets of flowers, some veggies, and some perennials like Hydrangeas --which are $20 less per basket than say, The Growing Place. So it's like Home Depot prices with a lot of selection. I think their main clients are landscapers and wealthy home owners, as I see trucks of stuff pull away. Avoid the knick Knack area. I bought a very pretty metal water fountain for birds one year for over a hundred, and it immediately rusted (threw out). I think some of their garden decorations are decades old. Stick to the plants.

I was in need of a fountain cover and the one they told me would fit was about 5 times larger than I needed. They would not exchange it and strongly told me it would never fit back in the packaging so they couldn't resell it. I folded it right after trying it on my fountain and it easily fit correctly back in the package. He wouldn't listen or even look closely at the package. Was it perfect, no as the corners were a little folded, but did not look used. I tried to return it 2 days after I purchased it. Make sure you ensure your purchase will work for you, otherwise you are out of luck.

I've purchased quite a few trees and shrubs from them in the past, but cannot recommend them…read moreanymore. I recently had 3 trees die in a span of 2 years: a white pine (rust), a weeping willow, and finally a Norway spruce (which was a replacement for the willow). That spruce died immediately. I have other spruces (from big box stores) in the same yard area that are thriving. They wouldn't honor replacing that spruce as you only get 1 shot with a warranty replacement. Frustrating to eat a sizeable amount of $$$ when they are providing poor quality trees, especially as a repeat customer. I gave them an extra star for their selection of fertilizers and stone/gravel.

And standing behind their material when the shrubs did not respond, extending the warranty for me, and finally replacing them all. Every interaction I had with them was helpful, positive, they went above and beyond to be helpful. Beautiful Nursery and great variety of plants. Their price points are not inflated and great service. Completely satisfied and thankful.
