I order online a bit, so some items I wear in wows them. Man the location was really cool but, this one guy that worked in there was being weird. I was with my girlfriend and he kept like walking by but, not having anything to say. As the star employee helped me and showed me things the other employee kinda just kept circling. After awhile he became my focus. I was gonna get something there but, over a few mins I forgot. This dude had tattoos and just like seemed to be like low key trying to look at my ladies body. It then like stepped away and then asked my girl to come over to me, I just left. The guy that was helping was really cool the set up was chill and he'll it was Zumiez. Just that guy man idk messed up my thought of the customer service. Hey it's even a location to remember because how often does Zumiez have an outlet location.

When I finally found the store associates I stood patiently as they finished up their intriguing conversation that had nothing to do with store business. My son's starting school in a few days so he needed shoes. I needed some new tennis shoes too so I got some as well. I love shoes so why not? I haven't been buying them as much lately. I also love purses but we'll talk about that another day. The best part of Rack Room shoes is that it's buy one, get one pair of shoes half price on most shoes. My son's shoes were $65 and mine ended up being $32.50. If you sign up for their rewards, you get $10 off your purchase during your birthday month. You also get $15 off after you spend a certain amount. I thought both of these perks were pretty neat. They have a wide variety of shoes for all ages. They have all kinds of brands like Nike, Puma, Sketchers, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be returning...most likely during my birthday month.
