I must say I was a little taken back and embarrassed when I was asked to remove my Hello Kitty keychain because" you know, we are in a mechanic shop". I guess because there is all men working there they would be embarrassed to hold my hello Kitty keychain. I am not sure but I felt It was a little rude. So one more thing I did notice is that the credit card keypads were not being wiped down and cleaned after each customer and the bottle of hand sanitizer that was provided was dingy and dirty. If I were to use the hand sanitizer provided I would've felt dirtier and contaminated. But like I said I got what I went in to get and it was great service!
