Good place to get groceries and day to day things. Staff is friendly, and the place is super clean. Good place to get some fresh baked goods. Their food menu has good vegetarian options. Don't let your school kids work here , the manager is rude and intimidatingly to the kids here. SHE makes them feel bad for having a life outside their job. They can't request off for anything. Very rude !! SHAME ON THEM!!! Everything Bland under One roof. If you are into aisles with big tubs of bulk sugary candy this is the store for you. Customer Service is lukewarm and the vibe is non-fun. Go a couple more miles to Giant or even Walmart. read more

Found this place the other day and really like it! The major downside of this place is some of the prices being a little high, but for me it rates high because it's another grocery store I can stop into that isn't a major chain. They had some hot soups and chilli near the deli, and they had some good variety in pre-made meals. It's nothing special but it does offer some variety you don't see at the typical big name stores. read more

this store looks a lot like Wegmans. There's a huge selection of things, but don't expect good customer service. Don't ask anyone anything because they cannot stand if you speak to them so just pretend they don't exist or maybe just go to Wegmans if you're gonna spend a lot of money because at Wegmans if you ask questions, they treat you very nice and they try to help you. read more

Absolutely horrible! First of all the prices are so high I actually laughed out loud more than once. I normally shop at Wegmans, but they didn't have any flowers I liked this week so I thought I'd check Crops. I figured while I was there I would buy a few more things, right? First of all the flowers that I liked were $30. $30! But the worst was what happened in the pasta aisle. I almost fell and caught myself... I looked down and saw a whole bunch of spaghetti sauce, but that's not the kicker... There was an employee literally right next to me watching! She saw that I was going to fall and did nothing! I went and complained and had to get paper towels for my shoes which are ruined! I will never be back. read more

THE STORE IS POORLY MANAGED. I've shopped at this store since I was a child with the shur fine brand on the wall outside. I met john cropper and his son amd they are perfectly normal nice people. This store is nothing like it used to be however. The managers are nothing more than SS soldiers working in a German prison camp in the 40s it's sad. I'm never greeted with a smile when I walk in but cold stares and they're attitude shows on the employees. All the employees in the store barely make eye contact and look down like all their spirits are just broken here. Also an unrelated note the food is generally over priced across the entire place unless it's on a "door buster deal" which just makes something the normal price anyway. We love Crops! It's conveniently located, the prices are affordable, the produce and deli are high quality. The employees are always been friendly and helpful. We did our primary shopping here for a long time, until we start using a grocery pick-up service. We still go to crops about once a month. read more

I like this store more than anywhere else in the area. I can always find what I need to complete my recipes. I don't know why other reviews say they're expensive, I do not agree. Found the meats outstanding they actually have a REAL butcher . The store is super clean and the rest rooms are A1 the cleanest of all the other food store . Price wise on a direct par with Giant which is a lot better than Acme pricing . keep up the good work PS I just love clean rest rooms . read more

This store came through consistently during the pandemic as other local grocery stores were shipped clean, lost staff, failed to handle drive up business and messed up orders. I love the meats. The bakery is excellent. The fresh produce is way better than anything you'll get at Giant or Acme. Sadly, the township is doing their best to run a family owned business out of town by allowing a Giant store to build right next door. I hope that they can hang in there. read more

I do not like to leave negative reviews because I understand that sometimes poor service is due to someone having a bad day but this wasn't the case. First of all, I hardly ever shop here because it is extremely overpriced and there's hardly any local produce or healthy whole foods. I had to pick up a couple of things and this was on my way so I stopped in. There was a trashy woman who refused to wear a mask and the employees did not enforce it and allowed her to continue to shop. What I found most appalling was the gentleman who was bagging my food and found it acceptable to cough ON THE FOOD I WAS BUYING! I am a very patient person and I know how awful service work is, I'm not foreign to it and have had service jobs when I was younger. But this is the first time I felt this upset. I asked him politely not to cough on my food, I didn't want to cause a scene or act like a Karen lol because I definitely am not. Needless to say I don't think I will ever shop there again. I think it's pretty rude to blatantly cough on items a customer is buying even without there being a pandemic. I'm sure it was a smokers cough but it left me feeling very uncomfortable and anxious. Also this man initially had his mask on while coughing but then came back with his mask around his neck still coughing on my food. I'm disgusted. read more

Incredibly good selection for a smaller store. Appreciate the wide variety of brands and having organic and GF options in same area as their standard counterparts. Customer service is excellent, and staff is friendly....will go out of their way to help you locate a product. The produce is really good and the bakery items as well. Unfortunately this is a stop only make if I absolutely have to. The prices are ridiculous! This used to be called Croppers market and has been closed for years. They re-opened it as Crops and still have the same high prices, just minus the only good things like penny candy, tobacco products and decent sandwiches. read more

This is the best grocery store around, no question. I am not sure why other reviews complain about the prices here - they seem the same to me as say other grocery store in the area and the products are generally superior. They have an amazing butcher and the quality of the meat is much higher than any of the chain stores. They stock a large variety of local products (dairy, eggs, meat, produce, sauces, snacks, etc) whenever they can get them, which I think is a huge plus. Staff are very friendly and helpful, if they don't have a specific product or brand you are looking for, they will order and stock it just for you (great for us when we had some out-of-town guests that wanted a specific brand of coffee creamer...)! They have also done a great job of staying well-stocked during the pandemic and have done an amazing job keeping all their neighbors well provided for. read more

I would not do my weekly shopping here. Prices are very high and staff is not the friendliest. Most teenagers who work there are friendlier than the adults. Convenient to have a store closer to home. Good for grabbing last minute things in a hurry. The bakery is very good. Doesn't carry SunButter which is a big buy for me. Overall not bad but the prices are just too high to do all my shopping here. Also does not supply a lot of flavorings for baking. Disappointed to find that out. read more
