A perfect stop on a gorgeous Saturday morning for this out of towner. The line was out the door and worth it. Inside is large and spacious and filled. The sounds of a Saturday morning with the town out and about was a great way to start the day. While the line was long it moved very quickly. The staff was super friendly and knocking out drinks of all varieties quickly. Plenty of worker bees behind the counter and my drink came out perfectly. I like just a hint of ice in my hot drink to cool it down and it was perfect. My Americano was delicious and I added a smidge sugar free caramel. DELICIOUS!!! Can't free was great. Service was fast and pleasant. Atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. Enough seating. I think it was due to the process for making drinks but there was loud banging all the time. Stopped in here for a cappuccino after many drive bys and saw how popular this place has become. Cappuccinos are drawn the old fashioned way and mine was pretty good. I did not like the fact that they poured the shots and several minutes later after making a couple of other drinks (cold ones but also with espresso) they then steamed the milk and made my drink that was supposed to be hot but came out tepid. Good flavor but not. Hot. Enough. I also ordered a muffin which looked like chocolate chip. The cashier corrected me and said it's French vanilla and asked if that was ok. I said yes. I bit into it and it was topped with quite a few chocolate chips. Hmmmmm. Still good. Would order again. The woman making the coffees almost exclusively on her own was hustling but it took at least 10 minutes to get my coffee as the line to order was 6 deep and there were plenty of people in the takeout area. Evergreen has been my favorite local coffee spot for a while now! I always stop by with friends when we're back home. The espresso is consistently very smooth, and they always come up with really creative syrups, cold foams, and drink combinations. The staff is really friendly, the place is always clean, and the space is great for hanging out, working, or reading since there's plenty of space and a variety of seating. The interior is super cute with lots of earthy, neutral tones that make it feel cozy. It can get very busy at times, but it's understandable why! Fantastic coffee. My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and looking for some better coffee options than the hotel lobby. This shop has a La Marzocco which already says a lot. We both had a dry whole milk cappuccino. And i loved that it came as a proper small beverage. 8 oz Very well pulled shot and excellently steamed milk. Def recommend for those looking for a delicious drink. They also had a lot of options for sugary milky etc drinks for those like going for coffee but maybe aren't that into the actual coffee. read more

My espresso tasted horrible- burned and way too acidic. I should have known when the person taking my order asked me if I wanted milk or cream in my espresso. No thank you, I would have ordered something else if I'd wanted milk or cream. I honestly couldn't drink it and ended up pouring it out in parking lot. It's great for working, catching up with friends, or just listening to their music. It's also Christian owned so we want to support them. I'm usually there once or twice a week. I stumbled in here today and was pleasantly surprised. It's nice to have a local coffee shop as I do not like a Starbucks. I love Gryphon, but parking in West Chester is an ordeal. The cold brew was great, as was my carrot cream cheese muffin (though I do wish they could have warmed it up). I'd love to see some more foods options here. The two sisters running the place were lovely and helpful. Lots of seating and the fireplace is perfect for winter. I noticed this new coffee shop the other day grabbing dry cleaning, so my husband and I checked it out yesterday. My hubs always get iced coffee and is very particular about it. The cold brew was really good!! I like hot coffee and was really impressed with the medium blend. We usually go to either twin valley or Starbucks and actually like Evergreen the best!!! The space is huge and would be a great place to work or have a meeting. I do wish they had more food/pastry options, this would really set them apart from other coffee shops in the area. Maybe this is in the works. I am particular about how much creamer goes into my coffee and while they let me put it in myself, you have to ask for this ahead of time. Do wish there was just a station with half and half and other creamers out already so we didn't have to take that extra step. It's the small stuff that makes a big difference! We will absolutely be back, probably tomorrow morning ;) read more

Recently opened coffee shop. Spacious, clean interior, lots of tables. Beautiful, fireplace with comfy chairs although a bit sterile environment probably because it's brand new. I love that it's women owned business. I think they are just figuring things out and there is a plan for some food. They invite people to spend time and do their work/homework which is great. I am picky about my cappuccino and it's really good. I don't like the fact that every time you have to ask for sugar and the fact that there are no real mugs or cups ( there is a difference if you drink your cappuccino from paper cup vs ceramic or glass) There is nothing on the counter to serve yourself (cinnamon, honey, simple syrup, raw or white sugar). So far as far as pastries there are muffins. I love coffee shops and I am excited for them to grow into being local community hub. I miss creative coffee shops of California. Go get your cuppa and support your local coffee shop not Starbucks. read more

Love a new coffee place! I have food allergies and they handle the prep to avoid cross contamination. Alert the small team when ordering ( no dairy or nuts mine) and they will shake not stir.
