    Made an appt. for an undercoating and they weren't ready for me, sitting in the waiting room with…read moretheir desks in front of you and the constant back and forth made me feel like an employee on break rather than a customer. The undercoating was done in a sloppy manner and sprayed plastics such as the tops of the shock towers and the battery instead of just the posts but seemed to get all the areas but I'm just guessing as they don't provide you with any information about the service. At least they didn't fog the windshield and get too much on the engine. The thing that earned the one star is a scamkanic came out with a wad of fresh gray grease saying one of my ball joints leaked it out. I had to stifle myself as the vehicle was fairly new and had low miles, ball joints don't have that much grease in them and if it was coming out it would partially dirty from being exposed and last but not least the ball joints are sealed. I feel bad for any honest employees there that don't want to work in a place that lacks integrity, been there done that but at a much larger scale. I take my vehicles to the dealer and use OEM parts so the trick would never have worked.

    NMT *used* to be good (written Jan 2025). This is no longer the case. Now, they are expensive and…read morepushing up sells. No price list. Foggy descriptions of their "packages". Phone "agents" are pretty much useless. No meeting their own deadlines. Yes, they are technically competent, but *very* expensive and becoming arrogant with their success - no need to care for customers any longer. Riding high from their "old" reputation. For that kind of money, you may as well go to the dealership. I won't be coming back.
